Our Clopay door really makes our house look finished, following residing. It is the nicest looking reasonably priced door I have ever seen. The install by Doorco was perfect.

We replaced our builder grade garage door with an insulated Clopay door and OH WHAT A DIFFERENCE. So quiet when it goes up and down rather then the ricketty noise of the old one. feels and looks like quality. We have had Clopay garage doors on previous homes and have always been happy with them

We are very pleased with our new garage door. We are impressed with the quality of material and construction. We did add 8 hinges and 4 handles. This also worked well for our home design. We would recommend this garage door to our friends.

We were replacing siding on the house and mentioned how the rooms above the garage would get cold. The siding installer mentioned the garage door as a possible culprit. We ended up purchasing the insulated gallery collection door and, so far, the rooms above the garage are not hot in the summer and haven’t been cold on the chilly fall nights. The door looks amazing from the outside. The upgraded hardware make for quiet and smooth opening and closing. Overall, I’m very pleased with my new garage door.

Excellent just what I expected!

I first received my 16 and 8 foot Coplay doors about 4 weeks ago, 6 weeks after ordering. When they first arrived I noticed one of them had the wrong springs, and both doors were missing the window grilles. The delivery company took back the wrong parts, including the track for one of the doors, and said they'd get the correct parts to me. Two weeks went by and nothing. Several phone calls and another week later I received the correct springs and the window grills. It took some more phone calls and another week to get the track I was missing. I started my install of one doors and half way through realized I had the wrong track for the door. The flag brackets appear to be for a 2" thick door, mine is 1.5", and they're riveted into place so I can't adjust them. Also the left and right tracks don't even match. My install is half done but unfortunately I'm stuck will Monday when Coplay opens again, then longer for another delivery. Checking the other door, I can see it also has the wrong horizontal track with flag brackets that are mounted too long for the doors, and the vertical tracks appear to be different from the first door - with riveted brackets that won't adjust to the thickness of my door jamb. Overall I've had 6 phone calls and 4 parts deliveries, and I still don't even have the correct parts. I can't believe how insanely difficult this has been. Would not recommend.

I am thrilled with the added curb appeal the wood-look doors and Gallery hardware provide. The result in a significant upgrade to both the appearance and functionality. The doors operate smoothly and quietly while providing an excellent R value.

The door is very poorly constructed. None of the side plates on the panels lined up with the holes for the hinges. There was glue oozing out of several ares which had to be trimmed off. The hardware that came with the door is extremely cheap Chinese garbage. You could easily bend the hinges with little effort. The rollers were made of cheap plastic. The door handles were made of cheap plastic and were thrown in the garbage. The grills for the windows are made of very thin plastic. The one positive is that after installation, it does look good from a distance. If you're looking for high quality then look elsewhere. If you're a flipper looking for a cheap way out for a door then this may be your product.

First is the stunning appearance, second is the all too obvious quality, and third is the workmanship of the installation. I couldn't be more pleased!

Love the new doors, very sturdy they dont rattle with windy days. The insulation really keeps my garage temp constant. The color and faux wood grain looks stunning.

Yes, they were a bit pricey, BUT, our garage stays 10 - 15 warmer this winter. Well built, excellent professional installation, and good looking.

The torsion springs are very cheap made and the mechanism is enclosed in plastic.... dangerous. I end up buying a new complete torsion springs system.

After all was completed, Two beautiful 'Collectable" Garage Doors installed.Strangers, neighbors stopping by to take pictures.Have never seen so much interest in garage doors before. Well,it's no wonder, actually they are so beautiful and strong, especially the 2"insulation, strong and pretty.
