We are extremely pleased with the new track with quiet rubber rollers that came with the door, a marked improvement from what was replaced. The door color and clear double pane windows are handsome and have clean lines that improve the garage appearance and modernize the look. In addition to the smooth door operation, we now have much more natural light in the garage space.

The doors are beautiful and the installers were great. Only complaint is the amount of time from fabrication to installation. There were issues with availability of door opener, etc. and logistics. Good experience over all.

Looks fantastic. Also doing a good job keeping out the cold.

We build custom homes and use Grand Valley Garage doors. The service and quality are great. They know what we need and work so well with us. We have used a variety of doors with and without windows.

I bought the 16 ft wide insulated door. It arrived a week early. Came with everything needed and I liked the ez set torque spring assembly which makes it easy to adjust door spring tension. Very solid product. Delivery from Home Depot was worth the extra cost.

New door looks great and operates so smoothly - so glad we finally replaced our old Clopay door! At 25 years it was still in great shape because Clopay makes such a excellent product, but it was starting to look "dated". The new Gallery door is SHARP & already getting complements!

The installer was able to have the door up and running in just a couple of hours and there were no complications. The door is super quiet as well. We loved it so much that we've already gone ahead and ordered a Clopay entry door with the matching stain!!

Also love that ours are wireless and we can even open and shut them when we aren’t home. So smart!! The color is perfect and they go perfect with our brick. A subtle upgrade that gets plenty of compliments. Wanted windows and to compliment the stone on the house.

I bought two garage doors to replace existing doors. Install went easy even with doing it by myself. 6 hours total to remove and fully install for the first. 3 hours total for the second. Very smooth operating and is a great value.

We build new construction and have used these doors on every house.

The door was very easy to assemble and install.

Awesome insulated steel garage door

It has never shown up - I am now told it will be another 2 weeks - that makes 8 week after purchasing, if it shows up. Pretty poor....

First using the Clopay software was a great tool for selecting our door style and color. After the installation we were extremely happy with the quietness of the door while operating and the quality of the wood grain was top notch.

These doors are beautiful and easy to install. Perfect choice.

While the door looks fine, it is a little flimsy. In the future I will definitely buy something that has steel on both the inside and the outside as opposed to just the inside. The installation instructions aren’t particularly clear, even with an included video on DVD. They made a one-size-fits video and don’t do a great job of explaining what happens when you have different size doors or don’t have a center stile. As well, I bought my door special order and so it was actually 15’ 8” wide as opposed to 16’ and there is no center stile (they are offset on either side of center by about a foot). This means that I can’t just attach a garage door opener mounting bracket (doesn’t come with the door but is special order) directly to a center stile, but instead need to go to all this hassle of mounting 13 gauge punched angle bracket to reinforce where the garage door opener mounts to the door (also not included). Then I also had to buy 16 gauge punched angle for the rear mounting brackets as those don’t come with the door either. All together it is an extra $100 bucks (including the hardware to attach the punched angle) and a lot of hassle later to get the door fully installed. I also ended up having to go and buy another door roller because only 9 came in the box instead of the 10 required. Not too happy with Clopay right about now!

Great looking doors. Only took my husband a day to install them himself. Would definitely recommend them.
