The doors are beautiful and much quieter than those we removed. I'm awaiting the next cold spell to see how much of a difference the insulation makes. I'm glad I got the obscure glass - it looks really beautiful. Well worth the extra step I took to get samples.

We really love our Gallery GD2LU. It really improves our home appearance. We had many options available as to style and window choices which made our decision challenging. We also went with the optional hardware handles and hinges which really also enhanced the beautiful look. The door is much better quality than our previous door and will help insulate our garage. The new look makes us smile every time we come home.

I never realized how bad our old doors looked until the house painter asked if we were going to bother painting the garage doors. We have gotten a lot of compliments from the neighbours who drove by our ratty old doors before.

Have received many compliments on this door. Fits very well and works smoothly. Quality windows also. Great installation from a conscientious dealer.

The panel with the windows sags when the door is up. There is no way to install the cross support because there is not enough room between the window frame and the edge of the door panel. I'm very worried about this long term. Also, instructions are very generic for multiple doors. Top rollers do not fit they way they are supposed and required customization. I've installed a few garage doors and this kit requires modifications that normally shouldn't be required. Unfortunately there is no way of know this without actually purchasing and installing. As I mentioned, I'm very concerned about the panel with the windows having a long term warping issue.

The product is excellent -- but, what I was really happy with was the outstanding price from HomeDepot and the free delivery to our summer home. The team that delivered the door were helpful and on time.

I am very unhappy with this product. The appearance is much less than the photos and appears low quality. It is not worth a penny more than a cheapest garage door available in the market. They sent me the product incomplete (grill for the windows missing) and they do not provide the missing part because of 90 day return policy.

I just had to replace the door and used the old tracts which made the job fairly simple. First timers need to follow the instructions closely, especially with the spring installation.
