Door itself is fine after having to have two damaged pieces (upon delivery) replaced. Looks good and is very quiet.

my old door was just that old and falling apart. this new clopay door instantly improved my whole garage, besides the value of my house. I am very satisfied with clopay.

We were so happy to be able to purchase the large garage door (vandals or burglars attempted to break into the garage and dented the door horribly) and it perfectly matches the smaller door of our 3-car garage.

My new garage door is so nice and sleek. Cloplay recommended a 1.5 motor (due to the heavier door) which is soooo quiet and smooth. Installation was so easy from start to finish, the representatives who answer the phone are very helpful and understanding. They were able to delay my installation when I asked, and took all safety precautions during this pandemic. Would definitely purchase again!

Looks good, is smooth and silent and increased the temperature in my garage by 15-20 degrees in New England wintertime. Happy customer.

Surface rust is already starting. I live near the ocean and I noted rust after 4 months. Do not get if living near the ocean! They call for waxing door 4 times a year. If I'd have known that I would have made another choose.

Looks great! I got the woodgrain and had the window panels installed in the second row from the top, like the old one. It goes so well with the cedar shake accents on the rest of the house The installer did a good job

They look nice, they were installed so fast and everything was so easy, it was a great investment.

Where we live, it gets over 100 degrees F a lot during the summer. We have a water softener in the garage, so the heat in there was well over 100 degrees with the old simple metal door. So, there was not cold water to be had in the home. When we had the insulated door installed, the temp dropped to the low 80's, so, at least there was cool water available. It also made our garage useful space.

The door looks great but the does not operate as it should. It doesnt always close when you press the button. I find myself pressing it several times before it fully closes. Seems like the installer did not do the best job.

We like the door however shortly after it was installed it became quite noisy and it has continued to be quite noisy. At first it was very quiet but within a few weeks it makes sounds like it’s going to break when it is closing and opening.

The entire process from the ordering of the doors down to the installation went off without a hitch. So glad I went with insulated windows as well as doors because not only is it a quieter space it’s a much more user friendly space.

The door is absolutely wonderful and convenient. It was a beautiful addition to our home. The door is sturdy and the extra insulation makes a huge difference in controlling the temperature.

This was a pandemic project. The installation instructions were clear. I purchased a low clearance track and the DYI project took only two days for two doors. Only advice is to make sure the door is well secured to the wall before track is installed. The doors look great.

So far so good! The installers went above and beyond to make sure I had a way to enter the garage if the power went out by installing a key release of the door to open in manually. I do not have a service door so I would have had to climb through the window. The door is sturdy and my garage was about 32 degrees all winter and I have no insulation. The installers were very polite, professional and cleaned up all garbage and took it away from the installation site. Thank you!

Took a while to get here but we were happy once it did. It's good quality and feels very sturdy. Went up in just a couple of hours with no installation issues.

The door itself is great. Its quiet, it insulates very well, the paint quality is good, and it cleans up easily. It's waaaay better than the 20 year-old wooden door that preceded it.While tempted to get a more ornate style, this just seemed to go better with our house. It is a big step up from our builder-grade door.
