Horrible customer service
Needed to replace cartridge that failed after 3years of service.
1st off it is made in China and grossly overpriced for cheap plastic , where are the profits going? Failure rate is high (second failure in 7 years.)
Customer service is cold and quick to blame you for the problem. Good luck getting to talk to anyone (terrible wait times!)
Pay a bit more and go with Moen, they make a way better product and care about people!

Better
I returned a Moen faucet because it didn't have a rubber gasket under the plate and a bolt and screw under the left hand hole of a 3 hole sink.. It wiggled it's way loose. I researched a faucet that had these two components by looking into their assembly. This is one by Delta was one of few that had these two things.However I was a bit disappointed that the gasket is made out of foam instead of rubber and will wear off in time. And the faucet water temperate is hard to adjust; very hot water comes out hurting my hands if I'm not careful. The sprayer is not a nice looking design. The sprayer water flow is not as strong as the Moen. But I'm keeping it because I hate going under the sink.

The product was exactly as ordered. However, the connection between the sprayer handle and hose leaks. Seems to be a mfg flaw. I have requested a replacement part and hope that it solves the problem.

Fit right in. Did not like the foam base gasket, wish it had been solid rubber.Connection for sprayer should be longer and easier to get at once installed.

We had one for 15 years. Delta freely supported parts replacement over those years. So, when we needed a new one, we bought the 2023 version of old faithful. Looking forward to another 15 years.

Arrived promptly, installation was not difficult. Needed to buy proper sized connecting hoses at local Home Depot. Faucet works very smoothly, much better than the previous one (different brand).

Easy installation. Nice appearance. In use for four weeks. Only one issue: sprayer hose is very stiff and tangles with plumbing under sink, preventing full extension. Hopefully it will relax with time.

The gasket for this faucet is terrible
I had purchase this faucet 300LF-WF and it came out with very cheep gasket the corners of base were round and the gasket was squire...Terrible, I call customer service but it was no help....I have to take back....

What can I say, it's a Delta. One of...
What can I say, it's a Delta. One of the higher end models, but well worth the money. I have a much older one on my basement sink that is probably 30 years old and I have never had to touch it. The one I replaced was a name brand also, but not Delta. It lasted for about 20 years, so it was pretty good too, but you just can't beat a Delta.

Very easy to install. Works and looks great. No leaks. With the exception of the hot water pipe being mismarked, I have no complaints. I needed this for an older kitchen sink and I didn't want to spend a whole bunch of money. I would recommend this product.
