As other reviewers have said, this pillow is not 20 x 20". The boxed frame for my swamp cooler vent is exactly 20 x 20 and this would NOT be a friction fit. But even if it was, the pillow is too fat (thick) to fit on top of the vent anyway. However, as you can see in the picture, with a bit of a squeeze it fit into the ducting itself where it probably provides a much better seal (and more effective insulation inches) anyway. Just what I needed!

This pillow saved me from having to take down my cooler. It fit perfectly.

It works, larger than my duct and a little difficult to stuff into the duct. Stopped the cold draft from my ceiling vent.

I put this in my evaporative cooler as instructed, and immediately, my room became 7 degree's warmer. It made a huge difference. It is well worth making this purchase, it pays for itself and then some in the money you save in heating costs.

The pillow is nicely made but easily fits in a 20 x 20 inch duct. It would work better in a 19 x 19 inch to seal off the duct but a lot nicer to handle than the fiberglass I normally use.

Evaporative cooler pillow. Works great. Keeps heat from leaving through my ceiling now that winter is approaching. Was easy to install.

The pillow has a very durable feel to it's surface and appears that it will clean very easy prior to storing for the summer. The fit is snug. While handling the pillow during installation the feeling it provides is one of confidence that it will last for quite awhile. This is a very simple and effective solution for sealing the housing.
