[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this carving set for Christmas and it has already been used several times for carving our beef roast. The knife cuts so smoothly. I am not sure how we have gotten by without a proper carving knife for so long. It matches our Henckel knives perfectly and fits in our wooden knife block.

This was a last minute purchase for my thanksgiving gathering and worth buying. It’s sharp, sleek and does the job right.
