Excellent product, easy to clean and heats equally fast, also can be used in oven. Love this pan, and the 12 inch circumference fits perfectly on my range.

The cuisinart brand is the best cookware I have used in over 20 years.

I love this sauté pan for stove top and oven. I use it for everything and not just to sauté. I really like the depth of 2" that allows me to fry in it without the oil splattering everywhere on my stove and the food doesn't spill out the sides when I stir. I made a deep dish pizza and it came out crispy. I want more of these deep pans. Do you have an 8" sauté pan with the same depth?

Anexcellent pan for making larger amounts of food. Since it is non=stick, it will wear out eventually, this is not the pans fault just the nature of nonstick

I like tthe look but the fact that its not dishwasher safe is a negative.

This is a great non stick skillet. Everything slides beautiful in this skillet. Cleans easily. Just wish it was a little bigger. Our old skillet with helper handle was way bigger. But this skillet is well made. Thoughtful to put measurements markings inside skillet. Thank you!

I love the size of this pan as I cook for two people and this is ample space. Easily fits into the oven without worry about temperature or the handle touching the sides of the oven. The helper handle is wonderful! The handle stays cool while cooking on the stove. Pan stays level on the stove and in the oven. I just wish it had a vent hole in the lid but I have not had any problems with bubbling over in a 350 degree oven. Having done hours of research, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy to fry rice, chicken,or eggs, food just slides off the pan. Easy to clean.

This is a great pan. I enjoy the glass lid as you can see your food that's cooking. Cleans fast and easily. Great saute pan.

I give this sauté pan a 4 because I don’t care for the black anodized. I wish the mirror stainless nonstick was not discontinued.

I got a 5 qt Sautee pan/lid, which I love! It's large enough to make any recipe, nonstick surface makes for easy cleanup.

It “handles” well….so easy to use. The size is just right, not too big, or too small.

Even though this is a large pan it is light weight. The handle on the front of the pan make it safe for use with hot food, I.e., hot oil. I replaced all of my pans with hard anodized. I love that they are light weight, cook with little oil, and seal in moisture and flavor without burning the food. The flat bottoms and efficient heat conduction allow cooking on low temperatures. This is important for use on glass top stoves. The only drawback is that the handles on the lids get hot; however, the handles on the pan itself stay cool while cooking.

I really like the hard anodized nonstick cookware. You cant go wrong with these. Great customer service. Had an old saute pan that was in bad shape. Called and they replaced it with no hassle. Will always buy Cuisinart cookware and other products from them

This is our second Cuisinart pan (first one lasted over 10 years. It's always A pleasure to use and clean up is a breeze. Def recommended
