I bought my CharBroil "Big Easy" around 2002. Throughout the years I bought replacement parts to keep my unit operating. This last time around I needed to replace the propane hoses which had cracked and started lewaking. I ordered a replacement regulator with hoses attached. Alas, the fittings on the hoses were not like the crimp fittings on the original. I had to take the part I bought and convert it to be able to use it on my unit. Char Broil should have engineered a replacement protocol using their more recent parts. My BBQ is like new on the outside as it's kept out of the weather. I couldn't bear to dispose of it. Come on Char Broil, help your loyal customers with a little engineering.

I bought this regulator, as the old one gave signs it was defective: Low flames, burner flaming out un-predictably, etc...I installed this new one, and I am still experiencing low flames at the highest setting, but the flames are now steady. Not good enough...

After finding I had a blown seal on the propane hookup on my Kenmore 4-burner grill, I searched for a replacement. Sears wanted $50-$60 for the new hose and regulator, so I turned to this. I hooked it up, put some teflon tape on the threads, and haven't had a problem.

I have a Kenmore gas grill with side burner. The plastic washer inside the regulator screw mount broke which means I couldn't get a solid connection on my new propane tank. Sears wanted $30 for a replacement regulator plus $11 for shipping as it is only sold online. This was a much better deal and it works great.

I have a char-broil grill after 2 years of service it refused to remain lite. I bought this replacement part and it works like new. Thanks Home Depot!

I researched this product online BEFORE I bought it. I needed a dual line for the main burners and the side burner. I was the one who got "burned up" because no hose lengths were indicated online nor on the packaging itself. I could only assume the hoses would reach the fittings because the product was stated for a side burner. Why this manufacturer chose to make this thing with only 21" of hose is beyond my reasoning when any side burner grill needs at least 32" of hose to reach from the propane bottle to the side burner. How about adding another 12'' to one of the hoses as to reach the side burner??

This will fix your Charmglow Gas Grill 3 Burner Model #810-6320B. If you cannot get high heat from your Gas Grill then replace the Regulator on the side of the Grill with this Model after everything is tight turn the grill on and you should have high heat again and test the side burner.
