what a steal friend installed both fans for 10.00 each very quiet and brighter than expected and included 4 light bulbs in both sets last fans you will ever need since world war 3 can happen n any day home depot raised my credit lineb from 4300 to 9500 so I bought 7 new hurricane windows for 6500 too sure to pay for themselves in a few years

Went together well, rubber fan blade grommets were a little time consuming but not a problem. Glad the led bulbs were regular size. I do suggest a dimmer switch, bulbs are bright.

Easy installation with no need to rebalance the blades. I would prefer the LED lights to be a bit warmer in color, but they do work great with a dimmer.

Quick delivery and arrived in perfect shape. Looks great and provides a lot of light from the four bulbs. My only complaint is that the fan motor has a slight humming/vibratory noise - particularly at high speed. Overall a good value.

Yes, this fan was easy to install, the hard part for us was taking old ceiling fans down. We installed 3 of the new Channing 52 inch Hunter fans in our beach house and they look great. The lights are bright, which I love. My husband installed the fans and he is not really a handyman, but he tries. It took us under an hour to install the second and third fan. They don't wobble at all and spin so smoothly. I also bought them online for a great price and had them shipped to my house. Nothing was broken and all parts were included. Love them:)

Had this for about a week now, easy to install and the instructions were simple to read. Hunter even included a blade balancing kit to make sure you have good balance in the blades, really easy and would highly recommend this item. Did forget to mention, really quite fan and I love it!!!!

I changed the globes out for clear ones as I needed more light. It really made out bedroom look much cozier than the blank ceiling.

When we started shopping for a new ceiling fan, everyone told us to go with Hunter. I'm so glad we did! It's gorgeous and the fan is completely silent when running. The only issue I had with it was the included bulbs were too dim for the room. We purchased new clear bulbs and now it's perfect!

Purchased this fan from Home Depot in Clarksville, IN in the spring of 2015. First of December it made a pop sound, and fan would not turn on. I called Hunter, thinking they should have great customer service, and they diagnosed the problem as the Capacitor. I felt shocked they required the sales receipt even though they have a lifetime warranty. I couldn't find the copy I had, so I went to Home Depot, where they told me I needed to give them an exact date, otherwise it would take too long to find, and they would need to send it to corporate to assist. After all of this, I figured, I'll just buy it. I called back and explained the situation about the receipt, and indicated I would just buy the part. I also indicated I would write a review on Hunter and be sure to tell everyone don't buy their fans. By the way, the part was $25, but the customer service rep gave me a 20% discount and free shipping. Not good enough to win my loyalty. I hope people at Hunter know a thing about customer loyalty and that the average upset customer will take away 10 new customers. The ceiling fan I ordered is the perfect fit for my dining area. The light kit adds to the decor. It runs quietly and has easily adjusted speeds on the fan. I was able to install it with no problem because the instructions walk you through each step. I am very satisfied. Donna

The black and nickel color gives the fan a simple and elegant look. It compliments my black kitchen cabinets. Lights are dim. But overall, it's a very nice looking fan for the price.

Installation: took about 2-3 hours to fully install. There were a lot of problems with some of the holes the screws had to go in. Simply put, some of the screws would not go in because of metal burrs in the holes. After using a tap on the problematic holes, installation was a breeze. Specs: This fan was put in a 16ft x 12 ft room with sloped ceilings and fit perfectly (I was worried it would be too big since the previous fan was 46in and this one is 52in). When the fan is on the fastest setting, it really does go FAST! When it's on that setting, it gives off a lot of airflow, but it also wobbles a little. It comes with four 40 watt candelabra bulbs which give off an average amount of light. The blades are black on one side and dark brown on the other. This fan was installed with the black blades facing down. The pull chains in the pictures are not the original ones this fan comes with but they are also from home depot (search Westinghouse Brushed Pewter Pull Chain). Such a beautiful fan.

Ordered this fan for newly remodeled bedroomits classy looking but cost was reasonable. My husband put together in 15 minutes with no trouble. Arrived within a week. Looks beautiful. We will be purchasing another for the next room we remodel. I like the fact that the blades are reversible.

My wife and I purchased a house that was stuck in the '80s, complete with gold fixtures EVERYWHERE. This fan was our choice for our master bedroom. The Channing fan is very sharp looking and was a breeze to install. Sold on Hunter fans! Great product for the money.

This fan looks beautiful and is completely silent. I have it on the medium setting which is more than enough to move the air around. I love it!

Slow fan speeds not very powerful

Great option to replace a 20-year old fan. What I like about it is the fan has LED light bulbs rather than candle bulbs. This was an important feature for us to provide sufficient lighting in a large area.

This well engineered fan is a breeze to install. The price is right.
