It is perfect using the sample to fill a missing piece on our siding, not only size but also color.

I actually used these samples to patch the hole from the removal of an AC unit! Way cheaper than buying a huge carton that would have resided the whole side of the house. My big complaint was the lack of availability of the color I wanted. I ended up putting the samples in an inconspicuous spot, and used existing siding for the repair.

The sample style and color was really close for replacement of the damaged siding but the problem was trying to order the material for my contractor.

Ply Gem Progressions Double 4 in. X 24 in. Vinyl Siding no longer comes in Thistle. This take home sample was extremely misleading and should be removed from Home Depots catalog.

I supplied a sample color turn to be incorrect and the size. I purchased something out of the store.the correct size should have been 4x124. Human error.
