Beautiful board! Almost too pretty to use.

A little big after I received it but that was my fault. It is well made and should last for many years of service.

our second one, the last was so old and used it had warped and cracked during our move from NY to FL in July 2021. Ample gutter for au jus, liquids, etc, and the baking side is fantastic for all kinds of roller and dough work. We have an oil maint and protection/moisturizing kit for it to keep from getting dried or resisting liquids/stains and drying out.

Great tool for pie baking. Good quality, heavy board. The 4 as opposed to 5 rating is because the wood is a bit rough, almost as if it needs to be sanded. With time and and recommended use of butcher block oil, this problem will likely resolve itself.
