Looks and performs great
This fan looks great, moves good air, and was a snap to install. I installed three and the only negative is that they all had a slight wobble, like all fans they include a balancing kit. This is the first fan I've had to use it.

Great fan! No messing with balancing since 3 blades are always balanced. Love the look. 3 blade fans feel breezy rather than pushed air. High output and cools the room nicely. Couldn’t be more happier with the look and feel.

Missing parts and instructions!
This fan arrived without instructions, and the owners manual we found online for this specific model does not match up with the receiver wiring and parts provided. Not only are there parts missing, but several sets of unnecessary parts were included. Waiting for a response from Casblanca support. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Elegant and beautiful!
Pros: beautiul and quiet.
Cons: moderate air movement. Cannot be installed with a wall controller, it has to be used with the provided remote control.

Doesn't work
After 2 days of installation by electricians, it was determined that the fan was faulty. The electricians called Cassablanca Fans support number and I forwarded them proof of purchase. They were to replace my defecative fan with a new one. It has been 2 weeks and I have not recieved a new fan and my e-mails go unaswered.
