High quality, beautiful fan. It was balanced right out of the box. Even on high speed, the hanging chains slightly move but that's only cause of the air movement. The electrician who installed it was also impressed by the quality.

Excellent fan. Easy to understand instructions and well organized parts. Very quiet motor and operation, which is what we were looking for.

Installed, of course, by a contractor. The fan is everything we expected; quiet; with the kinds of varying speeds we greatly desired. A very worthwhile investment in personal comfort!

Beautiful fan, very well constructed, quiet and easy to install. This fan replaced an existing fan so I was able to install myself. I'm not a professional electrician but I can turn current off from electrical panel and follow the instructions that were very simple to follow.

Easy to install and very quiet

I replaced an old Hunter fan (Smart LED bulbs would not work....they just flashed brightly) with this Casablanca and just love it. Installation was straightforward and no problems were encountered. Working great....and the smart lights are dim able and colorful!

Nice fan, bigger than I expected, fortunately none of us are above average in height, but a very tall person may have difficulty using it on an average height ceiling. It is quiet and moves a lot of air and the light is bright (it is in an upstairs bedroom). The design has a very heavy "clunky" look to it. I ordered a different style at the same time for another room and like the sleeker look of the other model better than this one. Perhaps it would look better on a high cathedral type ceiling. It has pull chains to operate not a remote.

Good fan, but didn’t help me with the installation

I have not installed the fan yet, but I have complete faith in casablanca fans. There is only one problem I have with ceiling fans, and I have 8 in my home. None of them are made in the USA. There are literally no ceiling fans made in America, how sad is that.

As anticipated at the DC fan motor is extremely quiet. The fan was also perfectly balanced and did need not any additional balancing.

It looks really nice & operates quietly

This fan was a dud. It had a terrible wobble and shake. I could not get it balanced even with the balance kit supplied by the manufacturer. I installed it completely as directed, making sure that all the fasteners were appropriately tightened. I had to return it to the store

Ii can hear a slight sound of the motor. I thought a CasaBlanca fan would be completely silent.

Fan looks great and is so quiet that the first night I had to turn the light on to make sure the fan was turning

The product specs said this product came with a down rod. The one enclosed was about 2" long - which is not really a down rod. I needed a 36" one. Back on the Home Depot website did not make it easy to order what was needed. We had to call the Casablanca company to order the right part

A little difficult to put together but worth the time.

The light fixture is designed in such a way that it looks permanently dirty. Otherwise, it was easy to have installed, the pull strings are long enough to reach and are clearly labeled with pictures, it comes with bulbs, it's quiet, and all in all the fan works unremarkably well (which is all that I need).

This was a replacement fan for a Casablanca fan that died after almost 30 years. If you're not averse to working with electricity and can use a screwdriver and pliers you too can install this fan. Make sure you kill the power and use a voltage meter before you start working. If replacing an old Casablanca fan it's possible to use the same mount in the ceiling.

If you know how to work with electricity, a screwdriver and a pair of pliers you can install this fan. Very easy. Just make sure you kill the electric and double check the lines with a voltage meter and you'll be fine.

Since this is a Casablanca fan we expected a better product. The fan blades looked somewhat dried and cracked with damage on one blade. Decided to install anyway but am contemplating exchanging the blades. It was installed with a 10" extension rod. Once running it wobbled which is exactly what we wanted to avoid by buying a Casablanca. Had to balance it with lead tape which was time consuming and still did not eliminate the a small wobble at high speeds. We own 2 other Casablanca fans and have not experienced any of these problems.

Fan is excellent, putting it together not so excellent. Tiny screws to fit into tight spaces. These screws prevented an overall excellent.

The fans came as specified and a friend and I were able to mount both fans in less than two hours. They performed as expected.

Replaced an existing fan with a bad motor. The old fan had a remote, this fan does not. After a couple of days the remote was not missed. The only issue on the install was getting the polarity of the wiring right. The first time the light would not turn on.Simply switched the wires. Everthing worked great! Super quiet in the bedroom

The first fan we received and installed was DOA. We called Casa Blanca and they sent a new fan and someone to install it for us. It's quiet and so far no problems

Doesn't wobble even on high with an extension pole.

A good value ceiling fan with light. It has all the quietness and quality you would expect from a Casablanca ceiling fan at an affordable price. You certainly will get what you pay for with this beauty.
