Brushes are very easy to replace in my dremels. I used the dremels to carve pictures on cedar wood. I have pictures in 15 states. All done with my 100 series dremels. The pictures have 3 - d effect. I used several different dremel attachments to complete each picture. Old wood carvers ask who taught me this type carving. I tell them I did it myself. They think someone had to teach me. Sorry , with my dremel tools, I can create any picture I have tried. Great tool.

When I got them I wasnt sure they would work because they had a slightly different shape from the originals. But they fit and work perfectly. THANK YOU!! This saved me from having to buy a whole new Dremel rotary tool which is well over $100+ (mine was $160) But these brushes are only $4 and change and are VERY EASY to install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I ordered brushes for my DREMEL 3000 & apparently received brushes for a dremel 300. Not realizing this I installed them in my Dremmel. The tool worked for about 2 little projects and abruptly stopped. It wasn't till trouble shooting what was wrong that I found out I had received the wrong brushes, since I installed and used them I didn't bother to try and return them. I'm just out what ever $ I paid and now waiting for a correct set from DREMEL.

I thought my Dremel was broken. I installed the brushes and now it runs like new. Easy to install.

The Dremel 200 user manual recommends replacing these brushes annually. I kick myself for not doing that because once I replaced them, the difference was dramatic. It’s so simple to do and much less expensive than buying a new Dremel.

Perfect fix for my Dremel which was working intermittently.

THE REPLACEMENT COIL SPRINGS ARE WEAKER THAN THE ORIGINAL ONE THAT CAME IN THE TOOL. THE ELECTRICAL CONTACT IS SKITCHY, MAKING THE TOOL NOT OPERATE SMOOTHLY. THE SPRINGS SHOULD BE STIFFER LIKE THE ORIGNINALS! ON A SIDE NOTE.... THE REPLACEMENT DREMEL SANDING BANDS PURCHASED IN THE STORE ARE VERY POOR QUALITY. THEY COME APART VERY QUICKLY WHEN USED. AGAIN, THE ONES MADE YEARS AGO WERE BETTER AND LASTED THROUGH MANY PROJECTS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE DREMEL BRAND WHICH I USED TO HOLD IN HIGH REGARD.
