Two ladies and a lot of laughter finished this installation in about 4 hours. Perhaps this substantiates the recommendation for a professional! The directions we're well sequenced and easily followed. The side rail system allowed for a perfect fit. The 72" door keeps all the water contained within my 36x36" space. It is sleek with minimal metal trim and keeps my very small bathroom open and streamlined.

We have just installed the bi-fold shower door in the small, DIY remodeled bathroom of our lower level. It is ideal for a small space where there is little room for a door to open out or the opening is too narrow to use a sliding door. The clear, 1/4 inch glass panels allow the attractive tile work on the shower walls to be visible. Use a squeegee to clean the glass after each shower and maintenance is made easier. The frame is sturdy and well made. If you are good at assembling things it will be easy but if you have to depend on the instructions alone, read them several times before you begin. TIP: You may want to have a "Buddy" help you out when you're ready to place it in the opening. Good quality, great price for the Do-It- Yourselfer!

Bought this door in May. My contractor was not able to install it until November. At that time, we discovered a missing part. Called and they sent it at no charge.Lots of numbers to call if you need installation help. Very nice bifold door.

Bifold shower doors are common in Europe. This was one of the few that either I or glass companies could find available in the US. The door is stock, so you have to work with what they give you. The door is substantial and nicely finished. I hired a local glass company to fabricate it into a two sided shower enclosure and install the whole thing on an odd size corner shower. They were able to match the aluminum finish on the door exactly. The only issue is that one of the knuckles of the two hinges between the leaves does not clear the frame when closed, so it doesn't close completely flush -- probably an installation issue. Am very pleased with the door though.

Very nice product!! Just remember to look at the writing on the doors so that the writing is not upside down. I did not notice the writing until after the installation and we have one with the writing upside down. It looks perfectly fine because it is small print, but if you want this perfect then pay attention to this part (there is no mention of it in the instructions). Other than that, I couldn't be more happy.

A standard out-swinging shower door would have hit our bathroom entrance door, so that option was out. We tried using a shower curtain, but it was awful. Water leaked, etc. When I saw this bi-fold door being advertised, I knew I had found the solution. Having read that installation could be troublesome, and being told that Home Depot did not offer installation on this item, I hired a contractor who had previously done work for us. It was a challenge for him and his helper, but they finally got the door installed successfully. It opens in to the only side possible in our shower, but I have no complaints. Water does not leak, and the door is very stylish. Sorry I couldn't get a better photo, but space is so limited in front of the shower that I couldn't get any farther back.

This shower door is SO worth the price! It is so elegant, so unobtrusive, so functional especially for small areas.

This is a beautiful door and well constructed. The instructions appeared to be quite daunting, so I had a professional contractor install it. It is perfect for our small bathroom where space is at a premium. It's a great solution to the shower curtain mess problem.

The fit and finish of this door is most excellent, and it is completely water tight. It required two MEN to install this door. I was considering installing it with my wife, but she would not have had the strength to hold the unit as the screw holes were lined up. Once completed though it is very satisfying to see and use!

We have a small, 3/4-bath off of our bedroom. The old shower had a very narrow door to allow it to swing past the toilet. When we remodeled, we chose to use this beautiful bi-fold shower door so that we could actually make our shower larger. The glass shower door also makes our bathroom feel larger, as well. The bi-fold door folds into the shower, making it easy to get in and out of the shower. Once closed, the doors are completely sealed -- there is no way that water can get out of the shower. Our shower pan is 36" x 36". By the time we had the walls tiled, We had just over a 34" opening making this door a perfect fit. We ordered the doors online from Home Depot and had them delivered to our closest HD. They arrived a few days faster than we expected. My contractor and I assembled and installed the doors. It was a fairly easy process. Once the doors were assembled, hinged and framed, the entire unit fit right in. The frame fastened to the wall with a few screws, and then we ran a tight bead of caulk between the frame and tile on both sides. We highly recommend this product and are very pleased with the look it gives our new bathroom

Nice clear instructions. I installed the hinge side rail to the wll b, then after everything else was done all I had to do was slip the unit into the wall mounted rail. I didn't have to move the unit again in order to drill the holes in the tile. Worked Great.

Very nice shower door.

I bought this last year, and at the end of the beautiful door instalation our contractor noticed that we had 2 small decorative parts miising. i sent an email to Dreamline and a couple of days later they contacted me saying that they will send me the missing parts. They did it a couple of days later. Great customer service. LOVE MY SHOWER DOOR.

door's inward bi-fold allowed for placement of a sink to its original space. the door also looks fantastic. have not yet used the shower as remodel just now finished. jim

I found this product to be well made with directions that were clear and easy to follow. Installation went without a hitch, and it looks and functions well. I would recommend it to others

The is a fabulous product - solid, well made, thick glad, and great design for compact spaces. I used this for a small shower that has around 34.5" wide opening, right next to a sleek wall mount vanity - we did not have room to have a more traditional shower glass door, where usually one panel stays stationary, as that would have made the opening into the shower too small to meet code. I did not want to use curtains either, which would have been the alternative - they are just not as reliable about keeping water contained as a glass shower door. This works beautifully. Love the folding design - it folds pretty much all the way, as shown in some of the pics, which is great. Looks high end and sleek - excellent value, great design and quality. Contractor installed it, so can't speak to ease of installation, but it was done in one afternoon. Didn't add pics, but mine looks very similar to some of the pictures already posted by other.

We recently updated our master bathroom. Due to space limitations I was facing a dreaded shower curtain for our newly tiled shower stall. Thankfully we learned of this product. We had it professionally installed and couldn’t be happier. It is very good quality, seals wells and looks great.

The door is gorgeous and it operates very smoothly. Not easy to install, but if you follow the instructions and take your time the final result is excellent.

Center Gasket comes loose when opening the shower, making it difficult to close. A little shot of clear silicone in the channel of the gasket made it stay on. The unit went in very easily and it looks great. I suggest having two people do the installation to assure it is steady and lines-up properly.

Contacted manufacturer for some missing parts, they responded and replaced the missing parts in timely manner.

This is really a great shower door for a tight space. We are very glad to find this at Home Depot and are very please with how it functions.

The new shower stall in our remodeled first floor bathroom is just inside and to the left of the bathroom entrance door. Having read that the installation of your door could be challenging, we hired a remodeling professional to do the job. Although it was the first time this pro had ever seen a bi-folding shower door, he and his helper got the job done successfully. Now we have a classy looking, great functioning door for our shower. Thank you for making this great product. It’s perfect for tight spaces.
