I love my shutters they look fabulous on my remodeled

Very pleased with these. There are not for using for outdoor use. They are extremely light weight. I used them for an inside DIY project that needed to be a light weight product.

For what it is, it's a good product and functions perfectly in my project, completing my foyer vignette nicely.

The vinyl shutters are just what the doctor ordered. Lightweight but sturdy and easy to install. I was especially pleased that the shutters came with matching colored screws. This is my third time ordering these shutters from HD and I have never been disappointed.

These shutters look fine from the street. These are rock bottom, cheap shutters. Very flimsy. If you can get past their cheapness, they should last about 10 years. My original shutters, installed by a production builder, same material, look and construction (well, "molding", not construction) lasted 10 years, and then in a hail storm, broke to bits as the plastic had gotten brittle. This purchase was to replace the originals. I don't expect the performance of these shutters to be any different - same material and style as originals. Description says "without the maintenance worries of wood". True. Wood shutters might last 20 years or longer. These won't, so don't worry about it. To install, you need a drill and a hammer. Or a shoe with a hard heel if you don't have a hammer.

What was supposed to be in stock took over 2 months to get to me. Wrong item. Then try to return the item to the store. What a joke. Store employees rude, just wanted to exchange them for the correct item. Still didnt have the color I needed like the web site said they had in stock. Would have been another month plus. Never again.

Expected thicker resin in a outdoor shutter. Color is more of a brown than red, definitely not burgandy from what I can tell.Returned for a brand with Cranberry Red which may have more red in it, hard to tell in a picture.

They look beautiful on house

Worked fine. Hope they do not fade in the sun. All good.

Color is off! Should be #117 Bright White, but is a "off-white" color. Does not match other shutters.

They worked fine. I ordered two sets. Onecame with plastic one-way fasteners that would work best on brick; he other box had long screws that would be used for siding. I don’t really understand why some boxes come equipped one way and some another.

Very disappointed in the quality

We got the paintable shutters and they look great. They were easy to install with the hardware included. They are the perfect decorative touch.

The shutters came fast and were exactly what was ordered. We need a Home Depot in Bryson City or Franklin.

Shutters were of excellent quality and easy to install. However, they came with no screws. I installed them using green tipped stainless steel screws, 4 on each shutter, which worked perfectly.
