The door itself looks great. The trim is beat-up and dented. The cardboard box is just two sheets with a little plastic wrap between them. When we get the door installed in a few days we are going to have to have the trim replaced.

This door is really great. Well-made, looks great and the color is consistent. A nice upgrade.

This door is beautiful from a distance, and modern, but the paint does come off easily. On two of the glass inserts there seems to be some kind of packing material inside the glass. You can see red, white, and green paper that isn't removable. It's right at eye level so very noticeable when you are coming through the door. This, to me, lowers the quality of the door immensely.

The door itself was fine. The door jamb had over a 1/4 crown on the strike side which made the door not seal to the rubber weatherstripping. An assistant manager has offered to take 15% off the price of the door and have me order a new set of jamb legs and replace the strike side. I am taking them up on this offer instead of waiting 4 to 6 weeks to get a replacement door.

Why this designer not have given any thought to the placement of the window lites. By designing the door to have them located right next to the door lock area is flat out dumb! Much smarter and safer to have them located on the hinge side. I looking for this design but with the windows on the hinge side. i would have bought this door if that was the case.

The door is beautiful and a nice finishing touch to the front of my house! It was very easy to install, we did it ourselves with very little effort. It came with touch-up paint which was good some paint was rubbed off during shipping.

This is now the second time I've had issues ordering home depot doors. First time they sent my door with the incorrect swing. They sent a RH in-swing instead of a LH in-swing as I ordered it. This time around, they sent me the correct door, correct swing, but installed the incorrect glass, clear instead of rain glass, and also put the glass mouldings backwards (not to mention crooked)! This means any thief can easily remove the plugs from the mouldings, undo the screws, and remove the glass panels for easy entry. The quality control from the manufacturers is terrible!

Great door with a modern look. We ordered it with the Rain Glass for privacy and are very happy with it.

I was amazed at how well they door was crated for safe shipment from their plant in Idaho. The door is very good EXCEPT the paint coating on the door is very thin and can be scratched . Also there was a paint run on the door . Overall I am very pleased at how well it well it seals and keeps the cold out.

Love my new door. It goes well with my ranch house! My handy man installed it so I cannot attest to that aspect of the item. The rain glass allows light in without anyone being able to see into your home. You can see blurry shapes and images but you cannot tell what they are exactly.

Gorgeous door!! I receive many compliments from my neighbors. The rain glass lets in a lot more light yet is still private. It is particularly nice that it comes painted already. The deep blue is a beautiful hue. Looks great in my modern 1952 home.

The door looks great. Everyone who has seen it likes it. The rain glass lets some nice diffuse light enter. There was only one scuff mark on the door when I got it but it came with a bottle of touch up paint so no issues fixing it
