Shower head broke the week after it was installed. Now 8 months later the hot water turns cold a...
Shower head broke the week after it was installed. Now 8 months later the hot water turns cold after 2 minutes and shutoff valve has to be turned on and off repeatedly in order for the hot water to start working again.

RUBBISH. Pay the extra and get a Moen because they stand behind their QUALITY products. My father in-law bought THIS unit and after 5 months it was leaking and had a internal CRACK and Glacier Bay would NOT stand behind this product !

The shower head broke on installation and the cartridge leaks and the hot and cold are reversed.

Don't buy!
When installing the shower head it broke. Took it back and got another one. Lasted almost a year and recently broke again. Do not recommend. It's a waste of money.

Worst purchase you could make!!!!
This is the biggest piece of junk! The hot water only trickles out, when I called glacier bay they sent a new cartridge only to have the exact same problem. Went to my local hardware store and bought a Kohler and replaced the whole thing (3-way valve, faucet, and shower head) and the thing works great. Don't waste your time and money with this product.

The shower head broke off after 1 month of use.
The shower head broke off after 1 month of use. Interior parts are plastic and poorly contructed. Made installation difficult and use impractical.
