Had to return it. Damaged.

They sent the wrong swing and the paint was already chipping by the glass. The engine red also looked more orange bases than red. The quality of the door/frame was poor as well.

It’s not perfect but will work great

This is the second door that I was shipped as the first order was heavily damaged. This door also had some scrapes through the paint down to bear fiberglass. The door color appeared darker then I thought and when I asked the HD associate he took the invoice taped to the door and it stated it was the Engine red color which is what I ordered. So I had the door installed and its definitely not engine red, I went back to the HD website and there is a darker red Cardovan this is what I was shipped and told was Engine red. The molding around the windows are all out of level and very noticeable after installing. This was not what I was expecting when I purchased the door online.

I recommended to the home owner to order it themselves and expect it to be damaged. They could not order it so I did and it was in fact not only damaged, it was mortised improperly and would not accept the hardware. I ended up refinishing it and mortising it lieu of returning it and going through.

The paint was chipped in a few places on the door. I had to have it repainted by my contractor. Door is good but check product on delivery

This door is beautiful. Installation was breeze, because I paid someone to do it. Took about 3 hours total to remove, modify and install. My old door was warm to the touch on the inside of my house during hot summer days. This door is cool when touched and is insulated very well! It added instant curb appeal. The glass is perfect. You can see through it, but not make anything out since it is patterned. Buy it, its worth the price!

Had to trim the threshold and frame down to fit door opening depth, but the entire door assembly was top quality and installed lean once we sizeed it properly.
