Interior and exterior handles have fallen off multiple doors only to find tiny hex screw securing handle has wiggled loose and gone missing. Very difficult to find replacement screw unless you pilfer from a new door handle and then return it. Seen numerous reviews elsewhere with same issue

Solidly built door handle, being used on an exterior wrought iron gate. Lock mechanism works smoothly. Was easy to change the lock using the SmartKey feature to match existing front door keys so all locks use the same key.

Was easy to install GREAT. Arrived quickly GREAT. Looking good GREAT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so prefer opening a door with a lever rather than a door knob. I can open it with my elbow or my chin or wiggling my shoulder. With door knobs I have to put stuff down and then open the door and then pick stuff up. Yuck. Go levers (should be cheapest though to promote wider use.)

Our whole house is fitted with this model. Easy to open and stylish to look at. Very durable.

After a few months of working well, the door does not open. The bolt is locked into position and I cannot open my door. I took off the door latches and it is frozen into locked position and I cannot remove it from the door jam. Now, I'm stuck with a door that won't open. Not sure how this will be resolved.

This was to replace an old Kwikset lock. With the smartkey feature there was no need to take the old lock with me to rekey it, or the old key to have the new lock rekeyed.
