Good valve and heavy steel

It is perfect the only issue i have is for one pice toilet there is no room to fit i have to use extender. Functionality is perfect love it will buy more for my other bathroom.

The first valve I received seems to have been defective. No matter what I did (and I tried everything) there was a very slow leak where it attached to the toilet. I contacted Brondell support, explained the issue and what I had tried so far, and they were able to send me a new unit very quickly. The new unit worked perfectly right out of the box. Great product and great support!

Nicer than just a cold blast, but I find it hard to get a constant temperature setting. If you run the bidet with more pressure the temperature lowers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Ask plumber to install a one way flow valve because otherwise your sink is going to have two hot waters instead of one cold and hot. I wish it came with the valve. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of this. Otherwise it’s excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this part for my mom's bathroom so she could have warm water running from her Brondel plastic handheld bidet. We had a plumber install it, and it seemed to be a fairly straightforward and quick job. Once installed, it took my mom some time to get used to handling the bidet and valve handle to get the right water pressure and temperature. In a few days, however, she got the hang of it, and she loves it. So much in fact, that she recommended I buy a spare set for my bathroom. I still haven't installed mine, because the setup in my bathroom will be more complicated. But seeing how much she likes hers, I am excited and looking forward to installing and enjoying mine. The valve is a nice shiny and well built part with a nice weight to it. The tubing that comes with the kit is also long enough, which is very important if the hot water source is not right next to the toilet. This is a great purchase.

After installing this valve and new lines from under the sink, I slowly turned on the hot and cold water shutoffs and this valve leaks from under the handle. The valve looked new, in it's original packaging, so right out of the box it was defective. Not just a drip here or there, several drips every 5 seconds. My bathroom floor would have been a pond had I not double checked its performance. After reading similar complaints, I'm going back to Home Depot for a refund.

Got tired of an ice water bidet. This works well to make it temperature adjustable.

Very convenient to have warm water especially during the winter months to prevent arthritic pain on hands when washing bottom.

I tested to see how the mixer would affect water flow to the toilet fill valve. I attached the unit to a hose bib using adapters. When I turned on the water, there appeared to be good flow / pressure to the mixer's outlet that is designed to connect to the toilet fill valve inlet. Water is available to the toilet fill valve inlet constantly whether the mixer valve is on or off. Of course, the toilet tank will not fill until you flush the toilet.

Feels like a solid product and I’m excited to try it but my toilet is not close enough to the sink for the pipe to connect. I luckily have a friend who can help me adapt my situation but I wonder if you would consider asking for measurements from customers to customize the product.

I needed to buy an extra adapter to connect the hot water supply to the Brondell valve. I have it less than a month, so am still waiting to see if everything works okay. The valves and hoses are nice quality. I would have preferred a better quality sprayer.

Bought this a almost a month ago and installed it with two of my washroom tanks with a hot water mixed to use as a bidet. Works great, very nice finish and includes all the fixtures that may be needed to make it work for an existing arrangement.

I purchased this 2 months ago, and was able to install it in my half-bathroom as an addition to my Aquaus bidet also purchased through home depot. This hot water mixing valve had all the pieces required to attach an extension from the bidet to the hot water line under the sink. It's easy to use, and once the installation was complete, I haven't had any leaks so far. I did make sure to use 3 layers of plumber's tape on all joints and ensured there were no leaks before finishing installation. If you're not feeling confident with installation, don't hesitate to call a plumber, but I've had no major issues installing myself (I did have to switch my hard undersink plumbing tube for a flexible one, but this was available for 5.99$ at home depot and not super difficult to do myself). I have a feeling I will especially appreciate this in the winter!

I just had this installed last week and I love it! I have the portable bidet with the hot and cole mix add-on.The mixer is so much more comfortable than cold water alone. I did need a plumber to install the add-on because my husband did not want to undertake it. The unit is mounted on the side of the vanity right next to the toilet so that the sprayer is much easier to reach rather than at the side of the toilet. This is well worth the effort and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be clean and comfortable.

Should have bought this when I purchased the hand held Bidet so much nicer being able to adjust temperature to warm. Would highly recommend no matter what type of Bidet setup you have.

I am so glad that I chose to use this mixing kit along with the Blondell jet washers I got fixed in my washrooms. Does a good job of preventing a ‘cold shock’.

YES IT WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS SHIPPED WITH NO DAMAGE AND COMPLETLY INTACT. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND VERY EASY TO INSTALL. I HAVE HAD IT A SHORT TIME AND I ENJOY USING IT. I HAD A BIDET WHEN I LIVED IN EUROPE AND SINCE THE VIRUS HIT THE USA AND TOILET PAPER BECAME IN SHORT SUPPLY I NEEDED SOMETHING FOR A BACK UP PLAN IN THE BATHROOM. THIS WAS PERFECT LIKE IN EUROPE. Great features

I'm unfortunate enough to reluctantly tackle MANY a plumbing job, from which I have gleaned an enormous amount of knowledge/skills. However, either it's their product or me, because I have followed directions TO THE T yet am waiting STILL to be able to use this valve w/o floods in bathroom!!
