I am very pleased with my Broan NuTone Range Hoid!! The fan is so much quieter than my old one. Easy Installation. Easy to clean.

It looks nice and was easy to install. It has a 7" vent hole that I had to fit to a 6" pipe. I just had to get an adapter.

It was suitable for my needs. If I had it to do over, I would have gone with a more expensive model.

The Broan 42000 Series 30 in. Under Cabinet Range Hood with Light in Stainless Steel is gorgeous! One of my requirements for a vent hood was a standard base bulb so I didn’t have to buy anything special or replace an integrated LED light. The vent hood instructions were straightforward and easy to understand, the installation was quick without any problems, and the vent hood functions great as anticipated. I love the centrally locates light. It has two speed option for the fan and then one on/off button for the light. The fan is quiet and efficient. Overall, I am super happy with this vent hood. It was easy to install, it works well, and it looks great! I would absolutely recommend it.

This item was shipped as a special order and signature was required. item has a cord to connect into an outlet, no wiring available. The air duct is not centered.

Very easy to install.Removed old hood and installed new hood no drilling new holes every thing lined up perfectly.

I needed this fan for a rental project and like this fan a lot. It was easy to install (just needed a hand with hanging due to location and size) all electrical and Duct work fit perfectly. Very clean looking product and effecent.

This product was such a pain to install. Took an hour and a half!! The drill hole on the right is positioned directly behind the light switch wires where it was impossible to access since we were installing this unit hunched over the stove. An extention on the drill would have been needed to get into that tiny space, but doing that with a stove in the way is impossible. My handyman had to drill a new hole in order to attach to the above cabinet. After install, and standing in front of my stove as normal, the entire underneath of the hood is right in your face and visible from anywhere in the kitchen. The filter is slanted in the back of the unit, again, making it visible from anywhere in the kitchen; it is very prominant! If it was positioned on the upper portion of the unit facing down it may not look as bad but it is facing directly at the front of the stove. You can also see the stickers and the nuts and bolts on the underbelly of the unit from manufacturing visible. I am hoping my pictures show what I am talking about. I would not recommend this product only because of the exposure of the ugly underbelly of this unit. For $80 plus $30 to have it installed, it is not worth it at all. I dont want to forget about the sound. At 6 SOUND sons on high...that is loud. If you have a smaller kitchen, it's too loud.

Nice clean look, fits well and easy to install. Some of the others had some other things on it that made it look less clean. Just make sure that you're prepared for the 7" hole in the top and that it sticks up above the hood. So if your cabinet bottom is flush with the face (seems to be the case for most above a cooktop) then you have to cut a big hole in the cabinet to install it, even if you don't want to vent it yet. That said, it's best to duct your exhaust somewhere and I think this will move more air than some of the other styles which is a good thing. Hard to beat the price, too!

perfect fit, works great....easy to wire up. All the parts necessary to install. No complaints...shipping was excellent.

The first one I got was split at the front corner. I returned and replaced it with the same hood without easy install
