I needed this fan to fit in my suitcase for a recent cruise that I took. Fits great and travels good while taking up a minimum amount of room. Was really surprised how powerful and quiet for such a small fan. Now that I am home fits nicely on my bedside table. Got this on sale for about half the price of other stores.

I have two of these fans on my boat and have been using them for 17 years with no problems. They provide a good breeze and are quiet. They are also lightweight and easy to move around. Plastic doesn't rust (an important factor on a boat). I'm totally satisfied with them and am looking for two more. My only problem is that I'd like to get them in white. Pete37

I did not see it for very long as my parents had purchased another one and we ending up not need it. For what I saw it looked fine. I also thought it was stand up one.

small, personal fan ...exceptional quality...U.S.A. made...very quiet...glad I bought it.

The best thing about this fan is that it can be pointed downward and upward. I point it downward to cool my pies, just taken out of the oven, and upward to dry my yoga mats hanging from the clothes rack. It works well for these projects, but it is not as powerful as some other fans that I have.

I enjoy the fan and the way it works. The speed control is great.

On the high setting it is noisy. The fan blades rattle.

I bought this fan for my bedside table and its size works for that. Seems to generate enough air movement. However, I do have two issues. Firstly, the positioning doesn't work well. No matter how I position this (up or down) it invariably moves back to a "home" position. Secondly, and this is my fault, the control is on the back of the fan, making it difficult to turn off or on from bed. I should have noticed that before ordering. Since its more trouble than its worth to send back, I will keep. My rating for this fan is: Average--nothing special.

Adjustable to direct where you want airflow to go. Gives a reasonable airflow on low and lots on high. Both speeds are very quiet.

Fan strength is not good. Also vibrates on and off while using it. Tried adjusting the knobs and position in the room to help with the vibration and nothing worked. Would not recommend buying this product.

I have this fan on my desk at work. It's very quiet, not forceful, but still cooling.

Easy to start using--just take out of box and plug in.It can be set on a table,desk or placed on floor.The best feature is how easy it is to tilt for several different directions of air flow.Very powerful for it's size.

I purchased this fan to replace another one of the same model because the old one made a drumming / thumping noise which vibrated the floor and was discernable throughout the basement (fan was on the first floor) and much of the first floor. Unfortunately, the new fan does the same thing, although not to quite the same loudness. My wife used the old fan at work, so I had no idea that it probably was like this since day one. The rapid, several times per second, disturbing noise, may be by design for some reason, but if so I don't know the reason. The vibration is readily discernable by placing one's hand on the fan as well. Being male, with some hearing loss, I am bothered by low frequency noise which doesn't annoy my wife, and this fan doesn't bother her. I have another fan by the same brand (tower, 3 speed, ion creation, oscillating, remote control) and we like it a lot but I can't recommend this one.

Excellent fan. I thought that it was too small for the area that I wanted to cool off. But it give out a nice air flow and cools off the patio.

After 1 week of use the fan started to surge in power every so often, which was quite irritating. we use our fan a lot so this indicated to us that it would not last long. so we returned it.

There is nothing fancy about this fan, but it does it's job well. You won't get hurricane force winds out of this fan but you will get a decent breeze with minimal noise. I expected it to vibrate given the all plastic design, but that wasn't a problem. A longer power cord would have been nice.
