I purchased two of these lights for our front door, another for the garage and matching pole light. Unfortunately after only 15 months (3 months past warranty) the metal arm attaching the sconce to the base sheared off. I had to replace both lamps because they needed to match. I did call the manufacturer to give them a chance to address the problem and was sent to voicemail twice with no return call. Buyer beware.

Beautiful lamps.
Bought two of these for my front porch. Look great. Very classy. Only time will tell how well they wear in the elements. I did not install them myself however. I had them professionally installed.

Brassguard outdoor lamps
We replaced two 15 year old lamps that had lost their brass due to weathering. We had a professional electrician install them and he stated that they were very nice and appeared to be well built. We believe they are attractive and help highlight our front entryway. Time will tell how the brassguard holds up to its name.
