This product is very good looking but the handle plate stays about quarter of an inch from the ti...
This product is very good looking but the handle plate stays about quarter of an inch from the tiles and must be caulked that is way much more than you expect. I spent hours trying to make it better without cutting a 7 inch hole in the tile.

Beautiful, but not designed well.
It took over 9 months to install this trim kit. Nearly every part had to be replaced by American Standard, which they did do without hassle. However, the faucet handle did not light up perpendicular, the tub spout wiggles due to the slip-on deign and it leaks behind the shower. So yes, you will have to caulk around this “high-end” kit to keep water out.

Beautiful but defective
Installation design is defective. Does not line up correctively on plate or internal hardware.

Zen shower faucet
I installed this product in the family bath. I selected it based on it's appearance. It goes well the "zen" design of the bathroom. I'm happy to report the product works well, feels sturdy, and looks great. It's been installed for only one month, and I have no issues to report.
