it was great until i needed to replace one of the mounting bolts. then it sucked. you Can't replace the bolts. once they're on, that's it. you need a hack saw to get them back off again. and then guess what... they don't sell replacement bolts for these things and forget trying to use universal bolts instead. they won't fit or lock in. i am Not spending another huge chunk of change Just because the company is trying to be like the old game systems that didn't want to play with others! so while i liked the color selection, there's No Way i'll ever buy this brand again. nor would i recommend it to anybody. elitism has no place in my bathroom.

Work of Art! Great color match, in search for another Mahogany Wood Seat, reasonably priced with proper toilet ring dimension...became tired of looking and thought 'why not, try something new. The seat does exactly what it says - Amazingly closes on its own quietly. I love the low maintenance, and no future need to purchase 'bumpers'; however, the CONS for ME: (1) It scratches easily: I wiped toilet seat with Charmin Soft Tissue, and noticed smeared scratches within the plastic ( my nails are very short)l however, it still shines after cleaning with "Pine-Sol" and/or mixture with Ivory Liquid Detergent; (2) Unlike my previous toilet seats, UNABLE to use matching Toliet Seat covers to PROTECT the seat from WATERMARKS, etc., and the LUXURY after Bath to sit on and pamper my feet and legs. My husband loves it, and wants one for the Half-bath. We both agree QUITE COMFORTABLE TOO! (Note: Owner and usage @ 5-7 weeks.)

It closes very slow and quietly. The plastic is heavy and seems durable.

Easy to install!! This is a great seat, it makes my 1965 toilet look brand new. I was in love with the color and did not want to change the stool so looking to make it new again. This seat did it. And, contrary to some : ( reviews, it truly is Whisper Quiet. I can't tell you how many wasted 20 something toilet seats I have purchased over the years. This is very high quality.
