The light fixture is a perfectly good product, but isn't exactly what I wanted. Perhaps I paid too much attention to the picture (exactly what I wanted, a ceiling flush mount light) rather than the textual description (not quite what I wanted, a ceiling semi-flush mount light). At issue for me is that the picture does not show the two pillars (posts) that extend upward to the ceiling, which make it semi-flush rather than flush. I may be able to do some drilling to achieve the flush mount that I want.
