A nice headboard for the price. We were a bit disappointed about the color, it's more like black instead of chocolate. The "installation" went smoothly, my husband put it together by himself. However the diagram was unclear and did not indicate the correct side and how to put it together. But it did not take long to correct the error.

I wish that I would have known that the headboard was really made to attach to the platform bed. I had an issue with attaching it to my bed frame.

Arrived quickly, good price, easy to put together. 13 yo was able to put it together with little supervision. I did not read the description completely, it's intended to attach to a wooden frame that sits on the floor. However, with the proper bolts and washers it sucked to a standard metal bed frame. Story easy. It looks great in the room

I'll preface with the fact that once this was FINALLY able to be put together, it looks great. However, assembly is a serious nightmare, even with their 2-adult recommendation. It requires you to screw 12 screws into a solid block of wood by hand (no holes pre-made to direct the screw or anything, because that way when the screws go in, they are as tight as possible), but to do this by hand, it requires a lot of muscle/weight to get it into the wood, even for an adult. They said we couldn't use a drill; I think it would have been easier to do it that way if you do it carefully. Doing this by hand is not worth it and is extremely difficult and frustrating.

It isn’t secure at all. The only reason it’s standing is because we put it up against a wall.

The holes were drilled in the wrong places. One edge was unfinished.

Easy to assemble and just right for this room.

There were some very fine but visible scratches when it arrived. Not happy but not bad enough to complains.

Was a nightmare to put together . Pieces did not line up. Had to drill new holes.

Great headboard especially for the price. Would definitely recommend this to others.

The sides of the headboard have raw wood exposed.

When you went to drill the screws in the headboard fell apart had the same problem with the dresser I should’ve learned from the first time very unsatisfied

Really easy to put together. Some of the pre-drilled holes were off a hair and caused some small splitting in the wood but it's nothing that I personally am concerned about. Overall, really good

I like it looks really good in my bed.
