Has no back to it so the magazines have to lean against the wall and a gap at the bottom that allows magazines to fall right through.

Poor design. Poor manufacturing quality. Won't hold large roll of toilet paper. All parts were out of packaging when we received the box. Will return to HD as soon as I have the chance.

The details on this product are unattractive, like the screw heads sticking out here and there. The fastening system is badly engineered and doesn't allow the arms to be butted up against the wall. The mounting template is inaccurate, causing me to put the mounting holes in the wrong place.

The product arrived quickly and was as described. The quality is very good and it looks amazing!

I kept this product even though I was disappointed, because I didn't want to go to the trouble of taking it off the wall and hoping I would find a similar item that matched the same holes in the wall. Magazines fall out the back because the base doesn't go all the way to the wall. I had to put a thick book in the back and put the magazines in front of it. The arms that hold the tissue rolls come from one center stem that is not supported very well. The arms toggle up and down if you tug too hard or barely touch it. Since I kept it, I will try to find a way to fix it myself, but if I were you, I would shop around.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. The finish was coming off in various sections and the mounting arms were not level. I would not waste my money on this brand. I had to return it.

I like this, I really do, but be warned. The instructions aren't the best. I mounted the brackets and tried to put the unit on, but had missed the direction the brackets face. Easy to fix, but frustrating. Read the instructions all the way several times before installing.
