So far good very quiet but to much money

Good Product The quality is good and the system is great! All the seals, bushings, and gaskets are of good rubber quality. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a toilet below grade or on concrete slabs. It works like it should and it saved me a lot of money getting this rather than a $3000 for the digging up the concrete and installing a pump in the foundation by a professional plumber.

Toilet leaked. Waiting on anew one.

We set it up it a basement bathroom, and have had no problems.

Looked like a simple install since there's no soil pipe/wax ring connection. After set up, leaked between tank and bowl. I reset the tank on the gasket but it leaked worse. Wobbles all around if the tank isn't tightened down enough. If it is, then the rear-most portion of the gasket gets forced down into the bowl. The interface between the tank and the bowl is not flat as would be expected. The rear slopes steeply down causing repeated seating problems. Flat in the front, sloping down in the rear. Of course the flange will be difficult to seat. Poor design.

Have used this product for 4 years in guest cottage where it has performed perfectly. We are now installing another one in our detached garage. Tightened clamps with wrench, not only screwdriver for secure attachment of connections. No problems whatsoever, a great product and an affordable bathroom solution.

Do not buy this. Installed one for a customer and it leaked. Instead of sending us the bowl that leaked had to take whole thing back and reorder then go pick It up and reinstall whole thing again for it to leak at the box this time.
