I assembled it four times and it still is not square. It wobbles on two of the legs. I returned it.

Good quality and pleasing appearance. Easy to assemble. Gray seat is far more appealing than those sterile institutional looking white seats.

Perfect height!

The bench itself is fine. However, the instruction booklet recommends that before each use you check that all screws, joints, and fittings on the bath bench are tight. I have found that they always need tightening again. It also was a challenge to engage the screws when assembling the bench for the first time.

Suites our needs perfectly, and very stable.

It was very helpful after a knee replacement. I was able to sit and shower when I got home.

Exactly like the picture and light weight. One of the screws that stabilizes the legs does not stay in, otherwise would have given it 5 stars.

Very easy to assembly, and quite sturdy. Loved the fact that you could adjust the height of the bench. Bought this for my 97 year old mother to use in the shower and she has mentioned a great deal more comfort in taking a shower now on her own as she isn't as worried that she would fall.

We bought this for use in a rental home and it works fine. If I needed one for our regular home, I would get a sturdier model. But for what we needed it was a great value.

this item was very easy to assemble, a couple of bolts and you're done. adjustable legs were ideal so it's worth the little extra you pay. have an older home with cast iron tub and this was just the right size. makes it much easier to assit with bathing a senior.

This product is nice and sturdy for the type of stool it is. I realize some people need more support but I only needed something to sit on. I have never been disappointed with any product from this company. I have also purchased stools with backs and arms and again nice and sturdy!

Purchaser should weigh less than 200 lbs. to feel comfortable. Be patient with the screws to make sure they are evenly tightened. After several uses, the tightness of the screws should be checked. For long-term use or if you want to feel really secure on your bath bench, spend more money.

the legs were not level, and there were no assembly instructions, so I returned it to my local HD store.

The bench is actually comfortable. Since I use it while showering, I appreciate that fact. The bench is stable while bending and twisting (me), so there is a sense of security. I like the bench very much and would recommend it highly to family and friends.
