The coupler on the one I received is about 25" from the top of the bend. Came with scuffs all over that need to be buffed out. This should have been done before packing.

It did not fit the faucet. So I returned the it to the store.

Apparently my Barclay faucet is not a normal Barclay faucet I had to get a 3/8 to 3/4 adapter and a 3/4 nipple in order to make the riser work. After going to ace and digging through all their fittings I finally found the pieces I need and installed it seems to be working fine

This did not come as advertised. The pipe came in 2 pieces which I did not want. The threads came in a different size than advertised.

Fit easily to the Barclay tub faucet system we bought with it. Our existing shower head worked with it fine.

Not the best craftsmanship

We are very pleased with the replacement shower riser. It was easy to install and looks great.

Works well no problems.

Riser is fine.....but the shower head did not fit onto the 3/8" threaded end since most USA shower heads are 1/2". There should be a note to purchase a 3/8" to 1/2" bushing to accommodate the shower head or provide one in the box.

Good height but should have included the needed bushing to install shower head or a option to order

Fit my need. The only suggestion would be to include/suggest a coupling to match the pipe to a 3/4 inch connection as it is a 3/8 inch pipe.

This is a very basic piece. And it is exactly as expected.

The finish was exactly what I wanted. The size choices were workable. I would have given another star but the price was not that good. Also, the threads on one end were slightly damaged. I was able to work with the damaged end but for the price I paid I would expect good threads and protectors.

riser is great but however there is no wall arm support and it does not fit any type of shower head or hand held it needs an adapter and the 2 mentioned things are like a needle in the haystack to find! there are no easy links to connect to the said accessories needed and trying to type in what you need you might as well forget that because it wont be found

This riser looks fine. But it doesn't fit into standard plumbing on either end. You have to get an adapter. We purchased one from the plumbing department as recommended from a Home Depot employee. It immediately rusted so we ordered a nicer adaptor from Amazon. However, it is totally rusted to the adapter and now we have to cut it off and order another riser. Why wouldn't it fit to begin with? Either way, don't buy this.

The diameter was too small. The pipe was only 5/8". The connections for the shower are 3/4" dia meter.

Does not fit standard showerhead.wish I had known before purchasing it.

This seems to be a good answer to the two piece rod that started to leak at the fitting. It took a little finageling and was not easy to install (that I accidentally hit above and can't change), but if you've done a little plumbing and can think it out using some fittings and some old left over fittings from other projects, it worked.
