It's smaller than the original one and have to drill new holds for it.

The picture makes it look like thick metal it is as cheap as it is.

Although it was nice, it was too small.

Shockingly high quality

I ended up not using, but I kept them just in case. They are fine. The chrome was half the price of these nickel ones but were unavailable. I always mark things half price when I don't have any, ha, ha!

Looks to be a decent quality. It would have looked much better if they used a small set screw instead of a large phillips screw to lock the flange in place.

Four screws for installation come with the flanges. They can slide over the shower rod which makes installation easy. The picture of the flange on the HD website is incorrect. The flange really looks like brushed nickel. They enhance the appearance of the shower rod.

Very nice looking rubbed bronze shower rod flanges. Easy to install and adds class to the bathroom.

The old escutcheons were press formed chrome plated steel, looked cheap, and were rusting. These are molded from some non-rustable base metal and chrome plated. Much more permanent looking and sturdy. I did not use the grub screw to hold the bar in place as it didn't help in any meaningful way. but

overall a good product. finish looks like it will hold up. ID is 1" OD is 2.25"

Described as 3", they were a scant 2 1/4" diameter. The detailed specifications said: made of brass, but they are made of pot metal. Misleading advertising!

Nice heavy cast, plated escutcheons for a 1" diameter shower rod. Worked great!

Worked great for our existing shower rod which which was tension mounted and very easy to install!

AGAIN........A good purchase for converting & mounting the shower pressure rod that I all ready had.

There is no 3 in. dimension associated with this item. The Outside diameter is 2.25 in; shower rod socket is for a one inch diameter rod and is about 7/8 in deep to wall. There is no stop. The material is not brass it's cast zinc alloy. They are supplied as a pair and include 1&1/4 in X 8 oval head mounting screws(2 each). There is a small machine screw tapped into the rod socket in each flange to clamp the rod in place after mounting.
