I've had to replace my faucet twice due to water leaking from it when the shower is on. Both of the previous ones leaked a little bit even when they were new. This Kohler one works great. No water leaks at all. The mechanism inside the faucet is plastic, so I am not sure how long lasting it will be, but right now it looks really nice and I am very happy with how well it works.

This spout was an exact replacement for the previous push on spout that had been working fine for many years. The old spout was accidentally broken off. The break did not damage the water wall pipe that still extruded from the wall. I purchased the spout along with Home Depot recommended materials. The spout had to be ordered along with plumbers putty and some bathroom chalk. The grease was there waiting for pick up. With in a few days the chalk and putty arrived and a day later the spout. I picked up the spout and grease and then went home to install. I lightly greased the water pipe loosened the clamp still attached and easily slid the remaining old part off. The spout was in perfect condition, and all I had to do was loosen the spout clamp through the hole/slot in the bottom. I applied the putty to the wall, greased the pipe again (after I had lightly sanded and cleaned it) then slowly slid on the new spout. The spout fit perfectly to the wall, since it was the exact same part. I then sealed around the spout with the chalk to make a water tight finished look on my tiled wall. All the right parts made the job easier and cut down on the time to install. The diverter works as good as the old one and I am happy with the replacement. Thanks !

I purchased and installed my Kohler tub faucet 6 weeks ago... before I purchased the Kohler I installed a generic... the generic faucet was spraying everywhere. The Kohler does not spray...I am very happy with my Kohler... Thank you Kohler for a good job in designing a good tub faucet.

This faucet not only looks great but it was heavy duty quality.

The Bancroft's lift rod works seamlessly. With just a simple lift, it switches from tub to shower. The color matches perfectly with the existing showerhead.

I needed a bath spout with a longer neck and this worked perfectly and even matched a different Kohler design I have. The customer service agent helped me find it. Thanks!

1st one purchased in 2016 to replace a 1920's Stimpson spout that finally wore out. The diverter never worked well, but I assumed it was just a one of error. I spent the next 4 years monkeying with it but finally gave up and purchased a new one. The new spout's diverter is just a bad as the 1st one. The only positive is that the spout matches the original 1920s tub fixtures.

It did not match the brushed nickel or previous Koehler purchases. But it installed fine and works well enough. Will have to buy another replacement though to match handle

I’ve had the same issue w three if that’s spouts- the diverter doesn’t work properly and water comes out the spout as the same time as the shower head lessening the shower head water pressureFinally gave up and bought a cheap hardware store brand which doesn’t look as nice but works well

I installed it and everything works! Proud of my effort and the easy installation.

Great process

Incorrect description, it says fits NPT or Slip fit. However apparently this product is slip fit only. I had to break the old spout to get it off, so can't put it back on, and now I have no working spout/diverter so can't use the shower at all until I can have another spout shipped. Otherwise the spout looks OK and nice quality, but I can't really comment on how well it works since the description was incorrect, I cannot install it. Very frustrated!!

Very nice looking; super easy to install. A few drops still leak from the faucet when diverter is raised.

I bought this product to replace the old one that came in a set (including shower head and valve). The last one only lasted about 8 years, water ran out of the spout while in shower mode. This product looks nice and was easy to install myself. Instructions are included in the packaging. I give it only 4 stars, because the original one only lasted only a short time. I hope this one lasts much longer...

The new spout is identical. It was a little tricky installing it ,because it would leak water from spout when diverter was to shower mode, but a little twist pushing spout into pipe and patience did the job.

This is a beautiful, heavy, well crafted product that you will be very happy with, if you can install it. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the fact that this particular model is for copper piping and I needed the kind that screws onto galvanized iron piping. Had to return this, so can't really comment on ease of install or how well it actually works. I didn't want to wait for the right one to arrive so I ended up buying a much flimsier all-purpose model sold in the store. They don't have much of a selection in the store, so if you want something like this, buy it online. It's available for galvanized iron pipe too.
