The design and craftsmanship of this product is exceptional, as are all Kohler products. The mechanical function of turning the water on and off is unusually smooth. The packaging was complete--all the parts were there and the directions for installation were easy to follow. I have only Kohler fixtures in my home, and this is a great addition.

This is a beautiful faucet! It's large and makes a statement with my pedestal sink. It's a bit more expensive than others that I was looking at, but well worth it. Beautiful!

The Home Depot held up its end of the bargain by letting me order on line and pick up in store. But when the handles were installed, it was clear that the H symbol for the hot water was on the fixture backwards, facing the wall. Once again, The Home Depot held up their end of the deal by delivering a new set to my house. I returned the flawed set to the store for a full credit. Now I really do love the look.

This is a very high quality faucet. Everything is built so solid. The price seems a little high, however, the cost is worth it because they should last a lifetime! In the past I have used Price Pfister and Moen only to have to replace them 5-7 years later. I'm tired of all the leaks and cheapness from the other brands. With the other brands it is almost impossible to get replacement parts so, in the dump they go. With Kohler you can get replacement parts if needed. Buy it and you will not regret it!

We paired this with the American Standard Standard sink and love the combo! Be sure to zoom in on the pic online so you can see the H and C on the nozzles. It's subtle and a really nice touch. I love the shape of the faucet, nice angle, but not too dramatic and not bulky. We bought the bancroft shower fixture set as well and are really happy with it and having everything match nicely. Admittedly, the sink fixture was the real favorite, and the shower just followed.

Had this installed in our powder room when we re-modeled it 2 1/2 years ago. It exceeded our price limit, but I really liked the style, so we got it. I was concerned that after a few years of cleaning, the letters "H" and "C" would rub off. But, they haven't rubbed off at all! Actually, it still looks new! Now we are re-modeling our other bathrooms, and I am tempted to just get the same faucets; I still like them that much:)
