The product itself is great. However getting them is not. These use to be carried in the store and I've put them in every home I've ever owned. But now its taken me 6 weeks just to order 4. I've managed to get 2 of them so far. Fingers crossed they arrive this Friday

I’m very disappointed with this blind. I went with a Bali blind due to their reputation. The ends were cut to my size but they were jagged and sharp. I was unable to place the end caps on to finish off the blind. I don’t recommend

Cut to correct size, look good hanging. No problems with this delivery.

Purchased 2. One didn't work. The bottom part would go down but the top wouldn't stay up.

I have previously purchased 5 of the blackout shades for the bedrooms, which work great so I figured I would try this for the formal dining room. It hasn't been up a week and it will not retract. I have called home depot and because it's not a measurement thing they can not do anything. I see that there is a 3 year manufacture warranty, but can't seem to locate any information on how to get a hold of them. Otherwise, delivery was faster than expected and insulation was easy.

Easy to install and use

Sizing was perfect and blinds look very nice.

I really liked the cordless operation. I have had no trouble getting the full range of motion up and down. These required a little assembly and I think they could do a better job securing the top dust cover for outside mount applications, which pretty much is just sitting loose on top.

When item arrived, it was not cut to size, so it was returned.

Met our expectations. Exactly what we were looking for - the top down function provides light while maintaining privacy on our high first floor unit and there are no cords for the cats to chew through. Installation was straightforward.

Good product. Easy install. Cut-to-order took a bit longer than I anticipated but still reasonable delivery.

I am rather disappointed in the blinds. The quality is not the same as the ones I got 2 years ago. They do not have a small handle on the bottom to raise and lower the blinds, the fabric is of a lesser weight and they don't stay down when I close them. On top of that, they cost twice as much.

They top stop working first day I installed returned and put up regular down shades since I was told after the fact that happens if shade not used

These blinds were attractive and seemed well-made. A nice additional feature were the clips to hold the bottom of the blind. I returned them, however, because the top does not go all the way down: it goes only halfway down. This is specified as a feature, to restrict the length of open cords.

The upper part would not go up shortly (less than 2 weeks) after it was installed. Can I get a replacement?

Easy to install but my exact measurements from your measurement person seemed about 1/2” too smal for the space. We will live with it.

These blinds are the perfect solution to providing privacy but also light in any room. I’ve gotten them for 5 rooms in my house so far.

Great product and easy installation.

It was the wrong size 24" wide

Two weeks after I put these in my entire house, two of them stopped working from the top. Called Bali, who said I had to adjust them every day to make sure they don't "forget" to work. Seriously? I had to exchange. Unacceptable for the price and hopefully none of my other blinds "forget" to work.
