Although not clear on the online order area. The local stores have certain blind width in stock and can cut them right in the store. Not being aware of this I thought to get a 51" wide blind. It states that it was not available in store (I thought all blinds of this type were ONLY Online orders. Yet the store had 55.25" wide in stock (it is listed also as 55" for the non-Bali brand). they could even cut it in store, but I was okay with the 55" wide from my use. Anyway the ordered 51" wide online ordered blind came in a slightly compressed box and the core had a Kink in it and it did not roll-up without hitting the wall, due to being out of plumb on it's axis. The information in the box it was shipped in from Indiana had no return information or number to call. Home depot was gracious enough to take in in store as a return and I purchased the 55" wide stock blind. I am happy with the replacement, it works as a sun shade for a small tv room and a place to mount a Map that can be tucked away.

The blinds are a real asset to the bathroom as it protects the window frame from getting wet, as well as privacy and protection from the sun when needed.

Came ready to install. After reading the questions and answers it was the right size and fit the old brackets. Vinyl a bit light, but serviceable. Installed without problems and worked as all these roller shades do, with a bit of adjustment by rolling or unrolling the shade as per instructions. Others remarked that the spring rewind was too tight, but that can be undone by unlocking the tab that holds the spring. Mine wasn't. After that you just need to adjust as per instructions. In the picture the shade is at the top of the picture

Two of these roller curtains work flawlessly. The third however does not hold the tension in the spring and will immediately roll down if not properly set. Not worth returning since I customized these blinds with fabric. Great price for pretty decent rollers, look much better after I finished them with the fabric.

Shade is normal for plain styles. Works as it should. You will probably need to pull it down half way , then remove it after install to spin the curtain further up the roller without the roller insides spinning so as to have more tension pulling up. That's normal. Caution though, be sure the tip to tip on the shade after cutting is exact to what your inside opening is in your window frame. The end inserts will compress to take up excess from brackets.

We were really disappointed with the quality of the product. Service was great, cut perfectly. but both shades had discoloration to the bottom portion of both shades. We would probably spend a little more next time and get a better quality product.

Lowest quality blinds i"ve bought in 25 years. one didn't roll good -out of round.Will look for better quality when these fail,

Easy to install, just the right amount of light filtering to keep the glare off our computer screens in the office.

Needed something to help with the bright morning light in my office, does the trick. Still lets light through, but not as glaring. Easy to put up. Grew up with these type of shades so I knew what I was getting

If you need a cheap shade , these are for you. Will return for a better quality shade.

one shade is dececnt, the other is haunted. rolls up whenever it wants.

Shade was reasonable and what was even better, a well trained associate there to cut it for us.

It's not always roll all the way back but I am OK with it.

The shade was a great price, but it was very thin plastic...VERY thin! I'm still contemplating whether to return it or not.

The price seemed fantastic, so I got this to replace a broken clutch-shade in a rental unit. Tenant told me it didn't go up, no matter how much she tried. My handyman who installed it agreed--it didn't function properly. So I had to return it. So much for a good value--they say you get what you pay for. But until the manufacturer re-engineers this item, Home Depot needs to take it off their site. We ended up repairing the original.

The ordering process was somewhat concerning, but the product worked well when if finally arrived. Some instructions regarding adjustments would have simplified the installation.

I was looking for something to occasionally block out some light in my kitchen window. This roller shade did the trick. Too bad you have to buy the hardware separately. Why not just include it in the package. Also, just a nice to have....maybe a shorter one in your selection.

This was a custom-cut shade for a window that was too small to use the shades you trim yourself. It was sized perfectly and arrived quickly. Very good value.

We ordered a 46" blind, and while the description says the "Actual Blind Width is 46 in" it measured 45.5 from the end of the blade end to the end of the pin AFTER it is compressed into the holder. We all should have No Tolerance for products that are not accurately measured or are only +- 1/2". While there is some adjustment with the spring loaded pin, the 1/2" error is way too much. Home Depot suppliers should pay better attention.

A good choice to block out the sun and if you don't move the blind as much .

Shades were easy to install but very disappointed in their appearance. They hang unevenly when pulled down to the desired length due to their mounting on the roller. No way to correct the problem.

The value is excellent, but the quality of the roller is poor.

These are great if you are looking for a plain simple window covering to keep out the sun...which we were.

This shade was needed in an RV type of location to shield inside lighting from the driver. It did that function. The shade was more opaque than anticipated but it was the cheapest version of shade available and the product was probably commensurate with the cost.
