I installed this new lock set which I purchased from homedepot.com. We installed it along with a new front door and the quality is very impressive! Much higher end then the 24 year old Dexter lock that this replaced.

I had this door set professionally installed but I have to say that the operation and quality of the lock set is amazing - expensive but well worth the price.

Product was ordered to replace an older Estate Collection model. It did not fit the door drilling that was there.

Unfortunately length of handle is not a measurement and does not match current drill holes in my door. Therefore in order to use this handle I will have repair existing drill hole through a metal door. At this time I still have not decided if I will install it or not.

This is a great product, but does not fit the size doors indicated on the HOME DEPOT website. After calling and speaking directly with Baldwin, they informed us that the technical specs listed by HOME DEPOT were not correct.

I am very happy with this product it was a replacement for the original product.

great product - Baldwin is the best for door hardware

Installed Baldwin thinking it was a top of the line product when I refurbished my bed and breakfast in 2007. Bought this product to replace an identical product that had broken in less than four years. I have another identical one on a diferent door that looks like it will need replacing soon. An internal lockable door in the same style also broke the other day. Not impressed.

This is our second Baldwin latch set (replaced door and wanted bronze finish). The first one took a beating from 3 kids using their fist to actuate the thumb latch lever and lasted problem free for 15 years. The weight of the egg shaped knob leaves no doubt as to how solid and substantial this set is. Also like the large headed key....easy to find at night. Easy to install. Highly recommend this over the more common name sets that do not stand up to the use and abuse I stated above.

We purchased this lock set for our new front door. The installer had no problem installing this set. We love it.

Baldwin locks were recommended by the contractor who was installing our new front door. The look is beautiful and we have received several complements on how it looks and the nickle finish is beautiful against the steel grey door color. The contractor did have a hard time with installing the latch because the holes were out of alignment, causing the mechanism to torque. It took him 1 1/2 hours to get it straightened out but all is working well.
