Great product for coverage. It does need stirred/often while using and gets thick on brush or roller. Probably would not be good in a sprayer, we didn’t use one so not sure.

They used this paint for the exterior of our brick house almost three years ago. We have had a significant hail storm since then and the paint survived unscathed while neighbors had to repaint. This paint is seriously like a rubber protectant on our house and I love it!

On the brick I put it on kinda heavy but one coat covered it. On the tile on the floor, I put one coat and now that stove is back almost in place I'm going to have to touch up where dolly tires were.

We purchased a stucco home that had lots of staining and cracks everywhere. I had read some of the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. We used the SW color Alpaca color formula and it’s the absolute perfect neutral. We did 2 coats with a high nap roller and this rubbery paint completely filled in all the cracks. It’s astounding the difference it made. Also, we painted 7 years ago and it still looks amazing. I haven’t touched up anything since!

We are in love with our home finally! One coat covered our brick amazingly! This color Graphic Charcoal was the perfect modern dark grey we wanted! At some times it looks dark blue but most of the time it looks dark grey. Everyone has been complimenting our house since we finished. We used a sprayer to make the process go faster diluted the paint a little and used a cheesecloth. We did end up having to buy 3 5 gallons to cover our 2400 sq ft home.

Researched and researched paints until I finally decided on Behr Elastomeric in Crystal white. I’m beyond thrilled with the way it looks. Completely covered all fine cracks in the stucco. Highly recommend

Bought 2 different colors to use around pool planters and walls. Numerous places have bubbled up and other places are just flaking off. Not very durable. I shouldv'e just used regular outdoor paint.

This stuff worked GREAT on my brick house. 1 coat coverage.

The paint was not a one coat paint on cinderblock even after I started with power washing and primer. It did work well in my spray painter as it did not clog. Two coats did the job.

Unfortunately the colors oh the BEHR masonry paint and that of the elastomeric don’t make the same color. What I mean by that is I painted my Stucco house walls with masonry paint and my exterior black walls with elastomeric for the flexibility. I gave the same paint color to go with for both and when it went on the house, the elastomeric is a duller color making the exterior walls look more tan/old. The elastomeric was 40% more and 50% less coverage. Making an expensive wall that still needs a solution to get the colors to match.

I used this on a 12'x10' shed I built 25 years ago which was the last time I painted it. I used T1-11 siding that has been baking in the Arizona sun. I used a 1 1/4 inch thick roller and a brush for the seams. This was not an easy task as the first coat soaked in. Definitely do 2 coats rolling in all directions, up and down, side to side, and even on a 45 degree angle really working the paint in. This picture was of the east side of the shed and definitely the worst. This side I did 3 coats to really fill in all the little cracks.

I am on my second house to use this paint - my first house looks like it was painted yesterday and it was about 8 years ago. I can hose it down (not even pressure clean it) and it cleans and shines again. I had it color matched to BEHR ADIRONDACK BLUE but at 50%. The original was just too dark. People stop their car and tell me how much they love the house color (and everyone is painting on the street now). Before and after attached.

Paint went on thick and easily. Used 2 coats as recommended with a proper concrete primer first. Looks great and very content

Used this product because of the promise to fill little cracks which it did, but it also did a nice job of hiding my stucco repair cracks. Nice a think so it was easy to work with.

Great coverage and so far no peeling

Color not at all as represented on the website. Color purchased was N500-2 Loft Space, which is a medium to light grey. Pictures of this next to my white downspout and capping show it is almost white. Not a problem if I could return it, but this product cannot be returned.

It is very thick hard to work with but does covet good.

This paint is fantastic for stucco. I painted the entire exterior of my house polar bear white and the coverage was nice and clean.

It is a great product to use on brick. By the second layer it made the brick and mortar look smoother because how thick this product is. I would recommend a graco 7x, I used it and I was able to cover the whole house in less than hour after properly prepped.(1300sqf) single story. I used around 7gal

Took care of all the tiny cracks that were left after painting with regular paint.

The paint applied well by brush and roller but the 3 painter's I had bids from did not have an airless sprayer to meet the specs required to spray it. We sprayed Behr Acrylic Stucco and Brick paint and used the elastomeric on the trim. We are very happy with the results.

This color is very blue.

My husband and I purchased the Behr elastomeric paint to repaint the exterior of our house. We were very pleased with the ease of rolling it on the walls and how well it filled the minor cracks in our stucco. Clean up was even easier than any other paint we have used in the past. We would highly recommend Behrs elastomeric paint to everyone.

The paint went on smoothly with full coverage. Very pleased with this product!
