Although intended to store supplies for gift wrapping that can move from room to room, this cart can of course be repurposed for whatever use you desire. It does not have a flat surface on which you can actually wrap a gift but you can pull this cart up to your table of choice. It has vertical slots in the back to store multiple tubes of wrapping paper, a removable divided tray on top, front tiered drawers and two bottom cubbies that can store larger products. Assembly is tedious and time intensive but the instructions are relatively clear. Unlike other reviewers my cart did not have any damaged panels and the finish looks fine for its quality level. It is heavy and very sturdy when assembled. Casters rotate and roll appropriately. I have not found any negatives for its intended purpose.

You could say that functionally this is an ok wrapping cart. Once it's assembled it functions ok. Assembly is a bit tedious, it took me about an hour to assemble it, and it came from the factory with a poor finish. The pieces were packaged before they were dry, and as a result, some parts stuck to each other and some of the protective foam used in packaging stuck to the finish. There are a few panels that look like they have wood grain, but it's actually an impression in the finish from the packing foam. The drawers also don't slide as smoothly as i would like. I'm not a huge fan of the vertical slots in the back to hold rolls of paper, however, this does allow you to store several different sizes of paper without needing a massively wide cabinet. Overall I'd say if you need a functional cart but don't care about looks then this would certainly be an option. My cart is living in a closet and it's serving it's purpose, but if I had to have this out in the open, even if it was in a crafting room, I would have returned it and looked for other options.

I received the Avery 25 in. W 3-Drawer MDF Wrapping Mobile Cart in Black. It came in a big box with many pieces. It was wrapped & protected really good so there was no shipping damage. Some of the pieces of wood seems like it was wrapped up before the paint was dry so some places the paint looks horrible and it was hard to remove the protective covering. The instructions were easy to follow. It took my Grandson & I a couple hours to put it all together. Also the top tray is deformed when it was put together by the manufacture, the fastener is too close to the edge & looks bad. The next day the smell from it was really bad so I had to move it to the garage. I think the rubber wheels are giving off a bad odor.

The Avery 25 in. Mobile Cart provides storage for its original purpose of crafts and gift wrapping. I chose to use it for tools and their related items pertaining to that specific tool. This cart is on wheels as it is quite heavy even empty to lift to move around. It would also be limited for use on the floor you assembled it on. Easy to assemble but time consuming. Similar to other cam-bolt assembly furniture. Detailed easy to follow instructions provided. I included a link to an instructional video. It has three drawers plus a removable top tray plus two open large storage spaces on the bottom. Nicely finished in white. Good looking cart for gift wrapping but could be used for so much more! It is a bit lower than I thought. I was thinking it would not only hold my gift wrap, bows, tape etc. but could actually use the top part to wrap on but it is way too low for that so storage seems to be the use here. Has a removable tray top to carry materials on which is terrific! Like that it is mobile so moving it around to the room where the gift is going to be wrapped is very convenient. I did, however, really take my time putting it together. Says it needs 2 people-did it by myself leisurely in the evening while watching TV. Not hard to do if you are familiar with cam locks-which I am. Pictures were better than the directions but I did need to hammer those white covers on because sometimes the cam lock goes in too deep or the cam bolt interferes with the cam lock opening so those covers don't exactly go on effortlessly. Just have to think out of the box sometimes. I did have a bad cam lock which I had to use because they didn't supply any extra. Once completed it looks really nice. Couple of notes; forget the directions about separating the drawer glides-don't know what they were talking about mine did not come apart and they didn't need to. Glides connected instantly. Also the front of one of my drawers has a big scratch on it. (see picture) not sure if it was something that I did or came that way. Not a big deal except that now I know it scratches really easily so I need to be careful with it. Also mindful when rolling the cart around-I do have a habit of banging into walls-which will gash it pretty bad I'm guessing. But overall it is a pretty good piece...love the bins for the gift wrap rolls! Pleased with it and like the crisp white color.

The cart has a high quality finish. The surfaces are a smooth semi-gloss finish. There were no mars or rough edges even on surfaces that would not usually show. When assembly was completed the cart was very rigid and sturdy feeling. The cart comes with 2 1/2 inch wheels that allowed the cart to easily roll even on my carpeted floor. Two of the wheels have brakes that can lock the wheels and prevent the cart from moving around. The instructions were well illustrated and the parts were well marked. The marking not only indicated what the part was, but also which way it was to be placed, front, up, top, etc. Only a Phillips screwdriver is required for assembly. However a cordless drill/driver would make assembly easier. It took me a couple of hours to put it together. The only improvement that might be made is to the drawer slides. If I didn't push the drawers precisely in the center they were difficult to close smoothly.

My wife thought a wrapping paper cart was a good idea so we got one. First let me say, a wrapping cart IS a good idea. This cart has all the features i could think of. paper storage, draw storage, cube storage, removable tray and good casters. the packaging was impressive and it arrived in perfect condition. all the parts were there and the instructions were good. it took about 45 minutes to put together. It looks great and we now have all our wrapping supplies in one place. it is great. My only point, this wrapping paper cart is totally overbuilt, it is a rock solid piece of furniture and that is in the price. example; the removable tray weighs over 7 pounds. A tray which weighs three or four times what it will carry = overbuilt. Overall i like it.

This wrapping cart should really be called a utility cart. You can use it for so much more than wrapping paper. I use it for craft supplies and it's perfect! There are 3 slide out drawers on nice glides to hold my craft tool trays with scissors, pencils, markers, rulers, glue gun, glue sticks, paper samples, etc. Then below the doors open for a larger storage area to hold my rotary tool and accessories. I haven't used the back 3 compartments that are intended for holding wrapping rolls but it's a brilliant idea if I were to use the cart for wrapping paper. The cart is very heavy, sturdy and solid feeling. The wheels are really helpful to make it more user friendly given how heavy it is. Assembly took an evening and only required a screw driver. The finish is a nice, smooth glossy painted surface. The removable tray that sits on top is a very clever idea and super handy if I need to move some of my craft supplies from the cart to a different work area. One detail I wish were different is if the work surface below the tray were flat and level. That would give it a lot more uses. Overall, a terrific utility cart!

Absolutely love the srapping station I bought from Home Depot. It’s beautiful and extremely functional! It even has a removable tray to add workspace on top! The only negative is that my dad and daughter a have cussed my name a thousand times for buying all this furniture they had to put together!

I would recommend this product but not necessarily as a wrapping cart. There is a place to put the rolls of wrapping paper in the back but otherwise it's not well designed for the purpose. There are 3 short, shallow drawers so rolls of ribbon don't fit or the older style wrapping paper that folded into squares. Don't even think of gift bags!! Even tissue paper doesn't fit well unless you have only a few sheets. So I repurposed mine to hold sewing supplies. The rotary cutters and scissors fit well in the drawers as do quilting stencils, rolls of interfacing are in the back and I have two bins holding current project scraps down below. Keeps my work area a bit more tidy! I put the cabinet together on my own, guess it took me about 4 hours total over the course of a couple of days. The only problem I had was pushing the black plastic covers over the screw cams to hide them. A few pushed right in but a lot did not go all the way down so my husband loaned me a long welding clamp I used to squash them into place. The directions are straightforward and the cupboard is made of heavy materials so it should last well. Very heavy. So glad it has wheels to move it around! Am I glad I got it? Yes. While it did not solve the wrapping supply storage problem it did work out to be quite handy for something else.

We bought this mobile cart, not for wrapping but, to store my wife's stamping and paper crafting tools and equipment. The shallow drawers have been great for all sorts of small items that seem to abound with crafts. The 2 large cubbies at the bottom hold larger items (stacks of paper, boxers of inks. baskets of tools and pencils, etc.). It is a very nice size and having it on casters makes it easy to move over next to where she is crafting. The top is also a convenient height to use as a work surface for many projects. The unit assembles pretty easily and everything works smoothly.

Sturdy, nice piece of furniture with a contemporary look; my complaint is the depth of the drawers, too narrow to hold medium or large gift bags! This is a wrapping paper storage cart and this is a major flaw in design. I still have no where to keep gift boxes and gift bags.

Great piece, make sure you are ready to assemble
I got this cart in the blue and love the look. It is larger than I thought, but that just gives me more uses for it. The only thing that I would say is that if you are not good at following detailed directions and don't have the patience to assemble things, you might get frustrated. There are a lot of pieces and it you don't do things in sequence, you could run into problems. You can do everything with a screwdriver, but a drill is helpful when putting the wheels on.

    18 page assembly
Even though there were 18 pages to the assembly, the pieces and description to assemble the unit were spot on. I did not get cubes for the lower storage spaces and glad I did not. I am using the lower storage spaces for gift bags and the bags with handles stick out of the cube size, which suits me just fine.
