All parts fit together as Illustrated, and held the number of CDs as stated. Only thing we did different, was replace the tiny screws for backing panel with small wire nails. This last part of the job went much easier and faster.

Excellent deal for the money...easy to put together...lightweight yet sturdy when wall anchors are used...very happy with purchase.

It did exactly what I needed it to do and holds all of my DVDs.

Complete Chinese trash...black laminated, pre-drilled particle board, the screws stripped out some of the holes and others just split out...(thank god for gorilla glue) could have bought spruce or pine board and built the same thing with REAL wood, they do hold a lot but are very flimsy and tip easily, had to anchor the tops into the walls to keep them from falling over.

The product description stated that it was metal. In fact it is particle board covered by laminate. VERY heavy and VERY unstable when it is fully assembled. It is not likely that I will trust the online ordering again.

Awesome media stand. Received the media stand for my birthday. I'm able to hold my collection in one place.

POOR QUALITY, POOR DESIGN, AND POOR MATERIALS. WASTE OF MONEY.

After I put the top and bottom pieces together I found there was no way to attach the top to the bottom. The design was poor and (unless the wrong pieces were included in parts) I wouldn't go near it again.

This is the perfect size for our CDs and cassettes. We were able to get rid of dozens of small CD and cassette holders! The assembly was fairly easy.

It took time to put together, but i am happy with the outcome.

It was very easy to assemble (because my husband did it for me) My only complaint is that it has a weird short shelf in the middle. All the other shelves are exactly right for dvd's and that one shelf is about half as tall. otherwise its exactly what I needed and I will probably order a second one soon.

Very flimsy, it does hold a lot of movies. It does not look as nice as the picture. It suit the purpose but if I had to do it again I would not buy this unit.

I was able to build it myself and I’m incompetent. The top half doesn’t feel securely attached to the bottom however.

Easy and looks great

The top half does tend to flex a little from the bottom half, so would be best if mounted to the wall with the hardware provided.Good buy for the money. Just make sure it is secure.

Seriously, the people who reviewed this poorly and claimed it fell apart as they were assembling it should be embarrassed. It wasn't this unit that was the problem, it was your lack of an ability to do handyman stuff. It was simple to put together, and when you know how to assemble things, it is a very sturdy construction. Next time, call somebody to help you instead of blaming the product...

Cheap, barely wood, fell apart trying to screw the back on. I basically glued it to the wall to even make it usable. Shameful in every way. Never buy this!

The whole thing fell apart as i was putting it together. The wood was actually crumbling as i was screwing it together.. I had to completely rig the whole thing with brackets just to get it together. I am very upset and dissatisfied with this product.

It served the purpose. Product a little flimsy when constructing but once mounted and stocked, nice way to display and store media that not so costly.

Very good value for the price. However, there are no adjustable shelves for the CD's. A lot of space is wasted. It's great for DVD's only.

so far pretty good for me and my girlfriends video game collection. perfect for dvds. according to other reviews you just need the right space to assemble it, and assemble it with common sense while being cautious. really looking forward to getting another one!

This product was easy to assemble but due to very poor design required me to reinforce the back so that it would not fold in half and break. That cost me another 50% of the cost of the original shelves. Save yourself slot of heart ache and money and just purchase a slightly more costly unit
