I needed a low profile faucet for my bathroom remodel. The Delta Ashlyn is a perfect fit. It is very stylish and functions great. It was also easy to install.

There is something wrong with the ez anchor system that seems to cause these valves to fail. My new house (purchased in 2016) has 5 of these bathroom faucets. Within a few years, they all failed. Delta replaced them....but just 3 years later they have ALL failed again! I thought Delta was supposed to mean quality! They should last more than a few years! I seem to see the same kind of problems with the faucets that use the ez anchor system. What an expensive disappointment!

I love the actual faucets. However, the EZ Anchor system is faulty. We had 4 valves fail while trying to install the valve cartridge. The screws that tighten down the wings sheered off. And, now, the valves are on backorder. So, we are in a holding pattern to complete our bathroom. If we hadn't already put in the shower fixtures we would be changing brands.

I chose this as part of my bathroom reno. The contractors said it installed well and is a great faucet. It looks fantastic and feels very well-made.

I have 5 of these bathroom faucets in my new construction home....and all 5 are already leaking within 5 years of putting them in. Water is dripping down the long screws of the valve anchor. This must be some kind of defect because all 5 of my faucets have all developed this same problem. Very Disappointing!

The Ashlyn 8 in. Widespread 2-Handle High-Arc Bathroom Faucet in Venetian Bronze is awesome! The pieces are sturdy & substantial. Seems to be high quality. Makes a classy & attractive accent piece in my bathroom. Very satisfied with this item. I bought 3. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this, only if you are using with a regular. Do not buy if you are using with undermount sink. The stopper arm is too short and there is no extender! However, Delta will be more than happy to SELL you a 'push' pop-up stopper :)

First impressions: Nice stainless finish. Not shiny but will probably be easier to keep clean. Difficult installations to complete exactly. Fits many tops with various spacing. Analysis: Installation was not too difficult but it is harder than a single piece faucet, maybe 3 times harder(?). I received two sets of installation manuals (77310 and 77311) in the box. I recommend if you have a choice to use 77311 which is the one with color diagrams. It has a few helpful suggestions that are not included in the other one. The main one is the use of an electric screwdriver to install the valve mounts into the vanity top. The screws are very long to accommodate thick panels and it takes a long time to thread them with a regular screwdriver. To save time and patience, use an electric screwdriver to do the initial fit and a regular screwdriver to final tighten them. Be careful to not tighten too much with either tool because the mount is plastic and can easily break. as shown in the manual, you can use the lift rod (or similar tool) to help align the 3 parts mounted in the vanity top before tightening them. This allows for a better chance in getting them in a line at the end of the installation. Fastening the spout down using the Allen wrench in the lift rod hole was a bit tricky. It was hard to get the tip of the tool into the hex head which could not be seen. It may help to visualize that while the spout is still not yet installed. My valve handles did not line up correctly in the off or full on positions. I got them to line up by loosening the set screw and forcing the handle to align with the handle base below it, then tightening the set screw. No such instruction was found in either manual. Note that the included video was shot before the handle positions were corrected. Faucet usage was adequate as expected, nothing new here. The water flow and aeration was correct for my liking. Summary: Nice faucet in appearance and operation. Installation was tricky in parts.

This faucet was used to replace my late 70's original bathroom faucet. This faucet is much more stylish than my old faucet and probably too stylish for my late 70's bathroom sink. Even with my old sink, I think this was a good addition to the bathroom. Probably the most difficult part of this project was removing my old faucet but once that was done, the installation process was very easy. It seems they are now making faucets much more user friendly for the DIY'er. I especially like the water lines which are included and pre-attached so you don't have to buy any hoses. The coupling that mixes the hot and cold water is a simple three way valve that you just push the water lines into (no tools required). The only difficult parts of the installation was that the tailpiece that came with the faucet was too short to reach the trap and I had to go and buy a longer tailpiece. Also, my ancient shut-off valves were not suitable for a modern faucet so I had to buy new ones and install those. Once I had those items installed, the installation was completed very quickly. Once I had it installed, the faucet worked flawlessly. The hot and cold water controls are very smooth and easy to operate. The mixture of hot and cold water is very easy to control. I like the high-arc of the faucet because it makes it easier to get your hands under it while washing up. This would be especially helpful if you have a shallow sink. This seems to be an excellent faucet and I would definitely recommend it.

I'll just jump in by saying I think this is a great looking faucet and probably the first reason to buy this unit. Installation wasn't hard but it took much longer than my last faucet install. Delta has come up with a clever method of being able to install the faucet and handles from the top. Easier? Yes. But it just takes more time than a single nut on the underside of each piece like most faucets i've seen. The only reason to get under the sink is to install the water lines and drain. Another nice feature is that the hot and cold water lines are included and simply attach by a quick connect fitting. This ends up saving you about $15 and the need to purchase extra parts. So far so good, but I have one really annoying gripe about this faucet. It's really loud! Weird right? Either on the hot or cold side if you turn the water on from 5%-50% it makes a loud squelching sound but once you get past 50% it sounds like a normal faucet. I've never seen/heard anything like this before. (I tried to include a video) We have this installed in our on-suite master bath and sometimes I worry I could wake my wife up. It's a little crazy and I'm not a huge fan of that aspect although I will probably just live with/get used to it.

I'm most impressed with the quality of this fixture. Well thought out and designed. Includes the specialty tools needed for installation and instructions are clear, with lots of pictures for people like me! hehe! Just follow the steps and take your time. They have tips and warnings in the instructions, read them helps a lot. Use extra caution to align the faucet cartridges, it is where your faucet handle position will be when you are done. Mine were a little off and it is not quick & easy to remove and reinstall. This will take a little while to install, mine was about 2 hours, but will worth it! Quality throughout this fixture!

My husband had some difficulty installing this, however, there’s no drips and it’s very smart looking.

Faulty EZ-Anchors. Sold to customer and plumber has snapped the screws. Luckily I was able to get them out of a jam with a display I had in the showroom. Now the homeowner has called and the handles are loose and the plumber can't tighten and has snapped the screws again. Delta has now discontinued the replacement EZ anchors in parts. My customer is very disappointed in the quality and now we have to find a alternative to replace them.

This is the second time we had to purchase this Delta faucet for it breaks over time. Also, will stand behind their lifetime warranty and would not replace it. I would not recommend Delta faucets.

I have been a master plumber for 20 years and I love Delta products. This is the worst install Design I’ve ever seen y’all make. I told the customer to return it because it wasn’t worth installing piece of junk delta go back to your old install designs.

Caps keep falling off and going through the drain.

The faucet came quickly. Great price and good quality. Much lower price than we found at the plumbing store for the exact same fixture.

I'm a plumber and installed your model 3564-MPU-Dst faucet. This install should have take at most 45 min. to an hour. with problems in a previously installed under mount basin. This unit was quit a while longer. first plastic and metal thread combinations don't work well should be metal to metal. Hot side would not thread properly with your mount installed in a base that made the piping difficult to keep cartridge assembly aliened with Theads on same. as it was the plastic threads were crossed before install and requires chasing to mate with metal threads .after install stopper popup was very difficult to operate required relocation of supply lines and mixing wye which was in the way of lift rod that was too far back to connect popup arm that was much to short for smooth operation. this took extra time to correct locating proper location of faucet piping to allow adjustment of popup assembly. suggest you require your design engineers install their nightmares in real world conditions without all the room in the world to connect all components. Took an install system that worked and added extra steps for supposedly easier operation. [ NOT] should have stayed with the KISS system

Great quality and modern style. I love the square angles. Fairly easy to install. No leaks. Love it!

Love the faucet . Added a great accent to our Master bedroom.
