A welcome substitute for white traverse rods. The rod is well made and easy to cut and install. My only regret is that it came with only one wand. Center opening drapes need two wands of course.

This is a nice upgrade from the traditional white traverse rods. Looks modern. I have low ceilings and didn't want the extra space that the rods with rings used up. I also was tired of the telescoping rods because of the look of the differing diameters of the rods and the problem of moving the curtains over the ridge where they overlapped. The length of the rods can be adjusted by cutting off any excess. I shortened one by a few inches. As long as you have a saw that can cut metal, it's easy to do.My only problem is that on the 132" rod I have two curtains consisting of three panels of heavy lined linen. They do not slide easy. I am going to try the ball bearing hangers and see if that helps.

The drapery gets hung up in the middle where the two rod pieces come together. The carrier gets caught in the space between the two rods. Not happy with this purchase!

Very sleek design. It wanted a different style rod for my grommet drapery panels. I did not use the hooks for use with a pinch pleat drape and just slide the panels on the rod and it worked. By attaching it just next to the edge of the wood trim around the window and over the trim it virtually disappears. The panels almost look like they are floating.

Good quality curtain rod. Smooth operation and glide. Fairly complex installation but not too difficult

Assembly was a little tedious but once up, it looks great and works well, will purchase again

This traverse rod is the only one I liked and could afford. All the others were either ugly ones meant to be hidden by a cornice, old fashioned and ornate, or modern but very expensive. This one has a clean, modern look, was easy to install, and best of all, within my budget.

Love the ease of use. I bought an extra pack of sliders to allow for more curtain length. Very happy

Purchased the 84" rod for a pleated curtain to cover my patio slide door. Relatively easy to install. Instruction could be better on installing the wall brackets but was able to figure it out. Definitely like the appearance and components over prior ones I installed.

The rod is very streamlined when hung, looks great! The curtains open and close very easily and smoothly, never catching like they do sometimes on regular rods. They were a little tricky to hang but worth the effort. Highly recommend.

We purchased this Traverse Rod for a bedroom window. Read carefully the instructions, and take note of Step 3 #1. Loosen all screws on "Outside Post" (Then remove the inter post from the outer post) We had to watch YouTube to see where we went wrong. After discovering what we did wrong, finished install in minutes... We also purchased the Ball Bearing Upgrade #IMP5096-W and they work great. Looks and works great, we are very happy with the purchase...

works very well, looks better than I expected, so far, it supports our heavy drape well.

Loved the product except the carriers kept "catching" at the splice section of rod using carriers that came with the rod. Ordered the upgraded ball bearing carriers and curtains moved so much more smoothly --- but had to lightly grind edges of splice to smooth it out. Then the ball bearing carriers moved perfectly on rod and we absolutely love the rod!!

Really stylish and it glides beautifully without the unsightly pull cord I highly recommend it

It's an okay rod but there was a part for the center support that was missing. Had to run to Ace to get a double threaded bolt. The wife was worried about getting the drapes up before dark. I didn't get a break, but the drapes finally were up.

Great product for my son's room. Looks good and nice for small windows.

I purchased this Traverse rod for drapes that I had made for my daughter's slider. We were looking for something more attractive than a standard traverse rod, yet more affordable than a lot of the fancy alternatives out there. This did the trick. I did purchase the heavy duty slides due to the weight of the lined drapes and they seem to be working fine. The look is simple, yet much nicer than a plain metal rod. The directions, however, caused some concern since they were non-existent. I suspect this was an oversight, but I was not able to find instructions online either. That said, I was able to figure things out eventually, so the system is obviously not too difficult to understand - it just took me a little longer than it would have if I could have read instructions.

Easy install, sturdy rod, easy to adjust to windows

These rods are easy to install, easy to adjust for different sized windows - have used them in 3 different rooms. Very happy with my purchase!
