very flimsy not rigidness through it. it is a steel shed but its probably the same thickness as a soda can and dents very easily (visible in the picture i uploaded). I would not recommend this shed to anyone. also the logistics company took over a week to get it to us after our original delivery date and they were only located 10 minutes away from our office.

The Woodhaven 10' x 9' storage building is an excellent kit. Everything was packaged in order of assembly, and even what looked like packing material was used in the construction of this well thought out kit. I would highly recommend this storage building and would suggest that it takes two people to assemble. We purchased this shed at the beginning of June 2017, and like dummies, we waited for the summer to assemble. I would not recommend building in the peak of a Florida summer, although it did give us a better appreciation for the finished product, which we think is a beautiful addition to our yard. Be careful when assembling to not hit your head on the entrance door area, for some reason before the gables are up, you cannot see the bar and it is easy to bump your head, over and over! ;-) We installed 42 - 20" X 20" paver stones as our floor foundation and this worked perfectly. Delivery was timely, and SAIA called to make sure someone was here upon delivery and the truck driver made it easier by helping to offload it onto our trailer. The features that stand out the most are the attractive color that looks like real wood, and the overall construction is strong and will not rot in our hot, humid, climate. In closing, we would like to say again how happy we are with our Woodhaven storage building, and sure that we will enjoy it for many years to come.

I ordered 2 of these sheds and have built the first one and it came out great. It was assembled on a pre-existing cement slab where the old shed (also an Arrow shed) stood for 25 years. The Woodhaven went together well and looks great. The directions were fairly easy to interpret and didn't have much difficulty in assembly. The directions say that you will need 2 people and a couple of days to put it together and they were correct. When I build the second shed, it should go easier since I have the experience of building the first one. The only problem I ran into was that some of the roof panels had small scratches in them due to their not being any paper sandwiched between them. I called Arrow and they immediately sent me some touch up paint for both the roof and side panels.

Besides the point that your delivery was late again it will be my last large purchase from Home Depot because you can not perform and due to this fact it cost me an additional $130.00 storage fees.

The instructions were not exactly easy to follow. Though the frame seems sturdy enough the roof leaked and my son and I had to partially disassemble it and use Flex-Seal at the joints and over all the screw and bolt heads on the roof.

storage building are nice for small light tools storage items like garden tools. i would recommend that you added treated wood framing to the inside for a more sturdy structure. high winds could damage if not supported.

    Hello,

This shed is, unfortunately, not wind and snow rated. However, we do offer a Roof Strengthening Kit (Model#RBK1014) that increases the roof strength of your shed by 50% to help withstand heavy snow accumulation. If reinforcing with wood we recommend using exterior grade as pressure treated wood has a negative chemical reaction with the framing. We are available 7 days a week to answer any outstanding questions at 1-800-851-1085 (press 1).

This shed had many problems. Insufficient hardware: We were short about 80-90 pieces of hardware including washers, bolts and nuts. Time to assemble: 2 experienced contractors spent 21 hours assembling this shed (not 12 as advertised). Quality of kit: Numerous situations where assembly instructions were confusing and where holes for bolts did not line up on pieces being fastened together. WARNING: floor kit calls for exterior grade plywood. This does not mean treated plywood. The instructions don't tell you that, if you use treated plywood, your warranty is void. This piece of information should have been on the first page of the instructions along with all the other warnings. Should have told me that before I bought 3 sheets of treated plywood at $27/sheet and cut to size. Will not buy another Arrow shed, would not recommend to anyone.

    Hello,

We are so sorry to see you had a negative experience assembling your shed. If you ever have any missing pieces you can always give us a call and we have no issue having those sent out to you at no cost. Always ensure that the first steps are followed to the very last detail and the floor frames measure exactly what is depicted in the manual because if any of those measurements do not match it can throw off the rest of the assembly. Assembly time depends on a variety of factors, including roof design, tools available, DIY skill and the pace at which you work. Guidelines for each shed assembly are approximate AFTER completion of the base, and assume two or more people working on the assembly. Generally, you should plan on at least one day working with someone who can assist you; again, after constructing the base. We are available for assembly support 7 days a week at 1-800-851-1085 (press 1). Listed in the assembly manual before reaching Step One in the Base section it does state: "NOTE: Pressure Treated Lumber must not be used where it will make contact with your storage building. The properties of Pressure Treated Lumber will cause accelerated corrosion." If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call.

    Thank you ShelterLogic

The instructions on how to assemble are not clear & it has taken me 2 weeks to assemble it & it’s not assembled. With delivery the shed was all dented up & beat up. The box was ripped & has made it hard to assemble due to the bending in most pieces. Unstatisfied with delivery/assembly of the shed.

Shipping was not very timely the center ridge cap very hard to reach. Would have been very helpful to have exact bottom frame measurements for layout prior to arrival. Kind of deceiving the building measurements posted because that is not what it actually is

        Good shed for the money
Shed is great! Lots of room for the price. Take your time to assemble and have some help to hold pieces in place. I assembled mine in a day and a half with minimal help from a surly teen who didn't appreciate having to help. The instructions are somewhat vague in parts. The most difficult part was attaching the final roof pieces, as the overlapping parts made it difficult to attach the nuts to the bolts on the inside. A quick run for slightly longer bolts solved the problem. You'll also want to have a pair of needle nosed vice grips for this step, as the bolts for the roof attach above the roof support beams and access is tight

          unable to review
i am unable to review this product as it is still in its packaging, don't know when I will install it my existing shed is still productive so maybe in about 5 more years, reason I purchased is because I liked the style and there was a reduction in price, so I will be ready when the need arises

          worst mistake ever
The instructions were the worst I have ever read, this is about the sixth shed I have built. I am thinking about the snow reinforcement kit but a little afraid about the quality of it .

Lots of part to put together. complicated. feels flimsy and we will have to wait and see how it holds up during all out elements. no true floor! it is only a frame and you need to buy extra things.

          Nice but not...,..
Looks good, that's the best I can say. It's VERY tedious to put together with lots of cheap screws to install. A power screwdriver is a MUST, and have lot's of help. Poor directions and illustrations. I almost sent it back, but it would be too much trouble to take it apart. It's way shorter than it looks in the photo, and very flimsy. If you live in a snow area, either pick another one, buy the OPTIONAL snow supports or reinforce it yourself. If you like puzzles and using up a lot of spare time, this is the one for you, especially if you are short. In short, buy something else.
