Disappointed, for the money I spent it did not come with a hardware? Box was in poor condition?

all bent. could not use. missing pieces

It went up easy enough.

Seems sturdy enough, but very time consuming to set up and a number of the pieces did not not fit, mesh with the supposed part. Had to do extensive "workarounds" to make it work!

A lot more drilling and fabricating than anticipated. Final installation, however, does appear to substantially strengthen the roof as needed in an area with potentially heavy/wet snowfalls. Retrofitting the beams into a completed shed would be a lot more difficult than during the original build as we did.

Functional. Angle iron and 2 x 4 would be cheaper

The parts seem to be very high quality. However, they don't fit together very well and the directions are not as clear as they need to be. There are also a lot of extra screws and bolts left over.

1st,nothing lined up with the roof panels ,2nd none of the brackets would work , 3 I would Ould not recommend this kit to anyone to use to shore up the roof . 4 th, I will never buy a metal shed from anyone again. I will figure out how to use the beams to strengthen the walls for shelf but this kit sucks as well as the steel shed.

very well madewe chose to use the material to double reinforce all of the beams in the shed in stead of following the instructions, which resulted in a very strong roof structure.we chose to not install the single beams at the outer roof edge as the added support at that sectiondidn't seem necessary. this shed is very strong once all of the pieces are together.

Shed, as well as this roof strengthening kit, are produced with very old steel die cutting technology. This means inaccurate hole punch locations and a variety of other dimensional problems... Shed and the roof strengthening kit are not great, just fair. Expect problems that increase assembly time.

Great product made the shed roof stronger

This entire shed is so disappointing. There are gaps in all corners;roof, sides and bottom. Therefore, bugs, mice and whatever can get in. The metal is so thin that a couple pieces arrive dented. The roof support (strengthen pieces) are in place but I am still fearful the roof, with much snow, will cave in. The pieces of metal are certainly not top quality material. This shed and parts may work in a warm climate with no winds or storms but not in Wisconsin. I called customer service but have never heard back about this disappointing product!!!!! I feel I have wasted my money plus the cost to have it assembled.

Easy to install

We returned these supports because they did not go w/ the shed that we purchased. According to the directions, these supports work w/ all Arrow Sheds, but that is not true. Our Arrow shed had no place for the extra supports to be added.

The roof is much stronger with this option installed. It added about 3 hours to the project that took 3 days to complete, although there were wind and rain delays. Much more time and construction than you would think.

The kit was heavy, and damaged upon arrival due to poor packing. I had to bend several part straight again. The directions were rather sketchy and poor compared to the directions for the shed itself - I basically had to figure much of it out and use my own judgement. but it's not rocket science. They don't mention in the ads that you have to cut some of the steel brackets. Turns out that a Dremel tool with abrasion wheel works well. They also don't mention in the ads that you have to drill holes in several panels. The instructions tell you to fully assemble the shed first and then install the kit. That would be stupid! Install the kit at the same time as you are assembling the shed! The instructions also say to pre-drill the holes in the roof, which would be silly. Put everything together first, and then drill up from below through the roof - that way you can be sure the holes will line up. Overall, I'm glad I invested in it. I won't worry about snow in the future damaging my investment in the shed itself.
