The door fit my fireplace perfectly. It’s so beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We bought this fireplace door from HomeDepot in 2019. We never used our fireplace for fire.we were happy with our purchase.it’s looks so beautiful because we used it to cover our fireplace just for decorative purpose. After 3 years one of the glass panel just shattered by itself,Our home temperature was 75 today. We don’t know where to buy the missing glass panel now. Or how to claim for warranty? if anyone knows where to buy the panel please reply me back here. Thank you so much

When updating our fireplace hearth and screen we chose the Pleasant Hearth Arrington Medium Glass Fireplace Doors. They look very nice against the new granite hearth stone and the installation we simple. The item is very well constructed and much better than the one I replaced. The price was a good value as well.

It's easy to give high grades to a brand new product. I liked what I saw. It fit just as described. It has been functioning great. I like the swing open screens as they are much easier than the curtain style. They use magnets on both the screens and the glass doors and, if memory serves me, I learned that heat is one of the forces that can eliminate magnetic force. They say not to close the glass with a fire inside when my old unit worked well with that. (Had to clean more often but I could close them.) I enjoy the ambiance of a real fireplace and this set of fireplace screen and doors helps to provide that with great looks and added safety.

Very decorative but not efficiently sealed around the edges of the glass. I had to attach a wooden ledger to support the weight of the fireplace glass doors. I just painted the wood black. My wife loves it.

I am disappointed about the quality of this product: one of the holes for the handle is blocked by a piece of metal (see the picture) and I still need to find a tool to drill the hole through to install the second screw to fix the handle. If not for that, it would have been a good experience.

Arrived at Home Depot in a couple of days.The finish is so beautiful and solid.The size is a little big so we installed it from the outside like a frame.The final look is very beautiful!

We are very happy with our new doors. The black finish is very different from our old brass doors and will take a bit to get used to, but they fit in very well with our decor.We like the bifold doors that allow room on the hearth when opened. The mesh magnetic doors are much better than the pull screen on the old doors.Installation was a bit tricky on my 23 1/2 inch tall hearth. The L brackets had to be turned towards the center and I used the smaller screws. There wasn't room for the bottom side brackets but the doors are very secure.The order arrived quickly and was very well packaged.The quality is very good and the price unbeatable. I didn't need the riser piece so I used the insulation for it on the bottom of the doors to add more protection from drafts.

I would highly recommend this product, took about 30 minutes to install. A good tip: watch a youtube video on how to install it, because reading the installation for the brackets in the back is not too clear. I will let you know about the insulation quality once I use it in the winter

I purchased this item in March 2018 and I just installed this month April. The product was delivered as described in the overview and appearance is as described, thought i was going to have to do a lot pf adjustments but the install was just as easy. I did not have to drill or fabricate anything. I did have to use the extender but it was supplied with the kit. I am impressed with the look and now about to order another one for the other fireplace. Both of my fireplaces are masonry but I have gas logs installed because of my wife's allergies could not or did not want to burn wood. Since I had it sitting around for approximately one month( the I'll get to some day procrastination) I took out the instructions and forgot where I placed the booklet, the video helped out tremendously. So far so good. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to add a little zing to their fireplace and save energy which was the main reason I wanted the item. Like how the doors are bifold with the metal screen both screen and glass remain shut by magnets.

We are extremely satisfied with this product. Installation was straightforward, the price was exceptionally reasonable, it works flawlessly, and everyone who visits comments on how attractive it is. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

I'd rate these doors at 4.5 but can't manage the graphics. Reason being that although I love the look, love the price, love the shipment packing and the delivery time, the door height was a little off & do not exactly match up when closed. And this is not adjustable. We tried and got a bit of movement and is not bad but not exact.

Though I couldn't install the product completely as recommended by the manufacturer, it is still an excellent fit and looks beautiful! The width of my fireplace opening wasn't wide enough to install the catches on the bottom, but I'd have had the problem with any door assembly. Looks and operates like it were meant to be! Before my purchase I called the manufacturer and they understood my question and provided all the details to allow me to go ahead with the purchase. Installation took about an hour because I took my time and scrutinized the bottom catches, having to remove the door assembly once to finally determine they not only wouldn't fit, but really weren't necessary. It is securely in place and very functional.

I ordered this online because there were no samples in the store. So I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased to see the high quality of the doors. The matte black frame complements my brick fireplace nicely. The gold trim is an attractive matte finish. The video instructions online were easier to follow than the written ones, and my daughter and I installed it in less than one hour.

I love the doors and they were easy to install, though the doors will need some minor adjustments. However, for some reason the door handles were too wide for the pre-drilled holes. The upside to this issue is the wife gets a chance the find the handles she likes.

The item is pretty good but the doors are not level and they dont close flush and a bunch of cold air gets into our family room through those gaps. That is disappointing. It is nice looking.

In general a good looking product, but size specs were wrong and we couldn’t install. Have to return

Awesome product. Fit nicely to my fireplace. Very happy as the overall look of my family room got a facelift..
