Good morning. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our product. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with this flooring. I am not sure what you are comparing the color of this tile against. With VCT each time the flooring is manufactured you can have different shades and looks to the flooring because of the way the pigments mix with the limestone. So if you are trying to match an existing floor you need flooring from the same dye lot. If you are comparing it to the photo online, the pictures online can look different than the actual flooring because of . differences between the pictures on our website and the actual product could vary due to variations in computer color displays and monitor settings. Good morning. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our flooring product. We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with your flooring. Unfortunately VCT is a dye lot sensitive product so the same dye lot needs to be verified before installing. VCT comes 24 cartons to a pallet when it ships from the Armstrong manufacturing facility, so if you got 34 cartons from the same pallet, the pallet was mixed. Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our product. We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your flooring. Because this is VCT I recommend making sure that the dye lot number on each carton is the same. With VCT flooring can have the same 5 digit model number, but if the boxes have a different dye lot number they can have a different shade. This is because the tiles did not all come from the same run of material. Each time a batch of VCT is made the color shading can be different because of the way the pigments mix together. This is why it is so important to make sure the lot numbers match on all boxes. Unfortunately the only recommendation I can make is to use additional polish on the flooring to increase the gloss level. Sometimes this will hide some of the color difference in the flooring. With VCT it is important to make sure that both the model umber and the lot number match on the cartons. If you have a different lot number you can have tile that has different shading.
