This is a compact toilet but quality control is poor. The two sides of the unit in the back are not symmetric, with the right side flaring out more than the left side.

This new toilet has a seat that stays firmly in place and doesn't become loose repeatedly requiring frequent tightening. Because it’s slightly smaller, it make the guest bathroom (or powder room) look much larger and roomier.

In general, I like it a lot. The key unique feature is how it sits on the wax ring. There's a piece that bolts onto the wax ring. Look up "Toto Unifit 10 in. Trapway" to see what it looks like. The waste pipe fits into the back of that piece, and then extends over to the flange. If the toilet ever moves for some reason, the wax seal will stay in place. So that part I like. The one thing I don't like, is the pipe they put between the 2 piece trapway - they glued it in place for reasons unknown, so if you have to adjust it to fit it into where you want to place your toilet (like I did) you'll be in for a project. I had to use a hair dryer (or a heat gun would also work) to melt the glue, cut the pipe, and re-glue it in. So if you don't want to do that, you better be 100% sure of your measurements between the toilet flange and the wall.

Not a standard 12" toilet. Has a strange adaptor (included). Requires two people to lift because it is so heavy. Read the installation instructions carefully. They are badly written by a non-English speaker.
