Overall Functionality (Gadgets) are Fantastic (A+)! Overall Performance and Quality of the Product are Extremely Poor (F-)! In the first few months it was great, after the eighth month, things started to break down. It has now been a few years (6) and everything on the unit has either broken off, falling apart or corroded. Example, The hand rail broke off, the whirlpool jet trim has broken off and pitted on everyone, the shower hose has rusted, the metal components that are in the middle outside have corroded off, the door sliders have broken and don't close properly, the computer went bad, e multi-spray jets (vertically) have all fallen off, the tub moulding has thinned and leaks. The manual is a joke, 1 page of Chinese directions - good luck with that! The glass is good, the lights still work and the jacuzzi still works, that's it. Again, the CONCEPT is so FANTASTIC, the CONSTRUCTION is so FANTASTICALLY POOR! Thank you.

So, thus far we've only tried this out once. It's been a long time coming. We had issues with shipping, but it was due to a 3rd party moving company. We had confusion and questions, because the photos on the website, including the link to the company's install guide, differed from what we received. According to the manufacturer, the photo online is an older version of the model. The key pad has been updated, there's no speakers, ozone, the lights on top differ a bit, and the fan is in a different spot. (the two circles at right and left top corners are empty.) It made us think we didn't receive the model we ordered. We were a bit disappointed that there was no speaker, but Home Depot made it all right with compensating us for the extra delivery charges and time and effort spent trying to figure out all of the issues. I had to contact the company directly to get any sort of user manual. It's very simplistic, but does at least give some instruction. I feel a much more informational manual is warranted. I mean, look at this thing, with all the dials and buttons! So, imagine all of the water connections in the back. I am worried about future maintenance/troubleshooting down the road. All in all, the thing is pretty sweet. All of the different water control settings is crazy. I do wish the jets could have a bit more pressure. But, all in all, it was very relaxing! The steam function is amazingly quick to fill the shower cabin with relaxing hot steam. Takes no time at all! And, though I've not yet used it, there's a port in which to put essential oils to be infused into the steam. Looking forward to trying that out. The floor of the tub is 2-tiered, but that makes it difficult to put a stool in to sit in front of the water jets that spray out in the center of the cabin (set around the function panel). Looking forward to getting much relaxation from it!
